Erika at sleep # in stockton ca is thee BEST ever !! she answers all of questions i may have always goes out of way to give me the best!! she also checks in with me to see how my experience is going or if any i have any questions i love her!! she is truly an assent to the sleep # team. My bed and my recent pillow purchase was a must/plus because its made the sleep number # experience come full circle! Erika me and martin love and appreciate you:)

I did not buy my bed from this store (wish I had) but I have been getting the best customer service from them. Had a problem with my bed and Erica has been so helpful. The store I bought my bed from couldn't care less about my problem so I am very thankful for Erica. She really cares about sleep number customer satisfaction.

Bought a sleep number Was not happy with the bed. Is felt like a glorified Air mattress Would not recommend this bed to anybody.If you need to return it, they will not give you a full refund.You will be charged for the drop off and pick up this product is not worth your money.

Mario was an outstanding sales rep and pleasure to work with . I’m sure he had thoughts I had ghosted him but it’s time to retire my old sleep number bed that’s 23 years old but how cool you could look me up as a customer when I bought that bed in SoCal . While on husbands work trip from DC, we decided to try out SN beds. Erica provided my husband and I the best demonstration of the various beds to suit our needs. Her patience, passion in the beds technology made us more knowledgeable of our specific needs. Best thing out of the visit, my husband is now open to an adjustable bed! Eric and Erika were really great at explaining how the beds relieved our pressure at the highest pressure points. It was really interesting how being in 0 gravity setting and going back to the flatto the flat back to the flat position and how it stretched my spine out relieving pressure in my back. And my wife and i were treated very well the whole time. We walked out of the stare happy after purchasing our new California King size bed. Which will be delivered in acouple of weeks due to the furniture that we ordered taking alittle bit longer to get.
Do not purchase a SLEEP NUMBER BED the customer service is a joke (and that is putting it nicely.) I've got the run around trying to get the bed and furniture (headboard) repaired since October of 2023 and they don't fix anything and I've told them to come and get the whole bed and take it back and I'll go purchase a different bed and now they don't want to fix it and they don't want to come to get it. Customer service doesn't care about the crap that the customer has to deal with as long as they can get their hands on your money that you've worked hard for. Warranty is supposed to be good for atleast 5 years. They're not getting anymore business from me.
