The UPS store staff is wonderful. I understand in today's world nobody wants to wait ANY extra time. Too much to do and in a hurry but the staff at this location is really great. They're always friendly, patient and ready to help....even when customers are intolerably rude. Thank you for being there.... and taking good care of me and my shipping needs!

This is the greatest plaza I’ve ever seen. There is no plaza greater than this plaza. If you were looking for a plaza experience that you can write home about come visit this plaza. You won’t be disappointed. It’s everything you’d want and more in a top 10 Plaza experience.

Talking about the Chico JoAnns, I used to love this store!! But for the past several months, they're never unpacked, there are always boxes blocking the aisles. The store is always a total mess, although the employees are always wonderful and apologetic. Just not enough help. I really hope they're not going out of business.

Skypark plaza is an easy convenient shopping plaza located right off highway 99 and the skyway. They feature a diverse variety of shopping including but not limited to Ross, Bandito Burrito, UPS shipping, Raley's, The Dollar tree, Starbucks, O'Reilly's and many more. All the stores located in this outside shopping plaza adhere to strict covid standards.

I came to Joann recently and the store was a mess! Cardboard boxes everywhere! Shelves were empty! It is clear they are struggling with lack of staffing. So sad, I've always loved shopping here.

Always a pleasant shopping experience, they have tiny trees out along with wreaths and cinnamon pinecones again, guess it's already that time of year. I enjoy the rotation of holiday staples and anticipate their arrival each year~☆
