Update: On March 12th I received a call from Sixity’s customer service manager. We discussed the issue with my parts and my experience in attempting to make a warranty claim and worked out a plan for me to mail back the faulty spark plugs for a refund. In response to my concerns about the delay in receiving replacement parts (mentioned at the end of this review) I was also informed that it would have been possible for Sixity to ship out new replacement parts right away if I had placed a deposit to be held as security until my faulty parts were received and the warranty processed. My experience wasn’t perfect, but I have updated my review to reflect my appreciation that Sixity did ultimately reach back out to me to make things right.

First, their stated shipping times of 2-5 days are not necessarily reliable, so take that with a grain of salt. In my case, it took me a week and a half (Dec. 13 order - Dec 22 delivery) to receive my parts which included a set of 6 Champion Double Platinum spark plugs. Within 3 months (Dec 23, 2024 install - Mar 4, 2025 part failure) one of the spark plugs had developed a crack causing cylinder misfires and needed to be replaced. The part was still under warranty and I spoke to a Sixity customer service representative on March 5 who told me that I could either get a 50% refund or a full replacement. I filled out the warranty paperwork and sent photos of the damaged parts as instructed with the intention of taking the 50% refund so that my mechanic could order my parts and get my car back on the road the next day. So far so good. I played phone tag with Sixity’s service representatives from March 7th to March 11th when I was told that the representative who had previously offered a 50% refund was “misinformed” and that no refund at all would be possible. As far as I know Sixity would honor a warranty replacement, but I’m honestly trying to imagine who that warranty could work for. What are you supposed to do for transportation while Sixity waits to receive the part, processes your warranty claim (hopefully approving it), and mails out your replacement part having rendered your car completely inoperable in the meantime since you mailed them the parts?

Bought a water pump from these clowns that turned out to be bad. It was for a total engine rebuild that we didn't complete until several months after purchasing, so they claim the window of opportunity for a refund is gone. They will never communicate with you other than messaging through the internet or through ebay. Beware of any vendor that will not give out their phone number or provide decent customer service.

This company is excellent. I have been a customer for as long time, via their Amazon store, and I've never ever had a bad part or the wrong part. I've never had an issue so I can't speak to their customer service, but I'd imagine it is pretty damn fine based on the reviews. My Jeep was very pleased with the Champions I bought here, and I can't say enough good things. Order with confidence.

Excellent online auto parts retailer ! Considerably lower prices 99% of the time I price check. The shipping was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I paid for the most affordable, slowest, as I was in no particular rush, it stated 3-5 Business days and arrived THE NEXT DAY from Illinois to Pittsburgh !! I received a follow up call and email that was cordial and brief, but it was done properly to grow confidence in this newly discovered business. I will definitely be shopping here for the foreseeable future due to such great all around service, selection and great prices.

Good pricing and a quality product as always. only part I didn't Care for was split shipping. Ordered the set of brake pads for all 4 tires in one package and they sent 3 with FedEx and one with USPS so they arrived days apart which held me up .

Google took me to their website and ordering was easy, and was a good price for a name brand Gates belt that was $40 cheaper than a Kawasaki OEM belt. Also the first time customer discount and free shipping made it a no brainer. It was received in a timely manner after the fiasco I put up with trying to get a Chinese one from Amazon
