I was in this store on Thursday, March 21, it has a lot of variety and very nice things. but the person at the checkout was quite rude. I saw a dress and I had already checked the price on the label but I wanted to confirm that that was the price. and when I went to the checkout I said hello the woman didn't even respond. after my
question about the dress, she showed me the label of the dress as if I didn't know how to read. I told her I just want to know if it has a discount. It wasn't kind at all. I left the store very upset. This woman seemed racist. She doesn't know anything about customer service.

Love Simply Southern ! They have great t-shirts and other items! Love the dog items! Got my dogs matching collar scarfs! Was disappointed that some items were made from a Jersey material. That's too hot for me! But they are still awesome

I was in last night and the lady that was there was rude and made sure that my husband and I knew they closed in 10 min when we were talking about what time we closed amongst us. Also I was told that I could exchange the shirt for 14 days. I came in today and a different girl was in there today and said no. It has a hole and stains. I said that’s not what I was told and she said sorry. I spend a lot of money on simply southern and I had planned to spend more today. I will not be back to this location especially since the last two experiences were Terrible even tho the staff in the past was great.

Very nice place but it didn't have any of the flip-flops or shoes that we can wear but wife actually bought this hat from there and and people were really nice.

Not happy that my son bought a pull over and came home and 20 mins later called to tell them it's the wrong size just needs to size it up. They told him no. Like really come on its 10.00 and he bought it 20 min ealier and still had a receipt how stupid is that... will NEVER shop here again and I will spread the word.
