I had a pair of custom orthotics made for me back East but never bothered to update them once I purchased some great supportive footwear. Silly me! I began experiencing knee and hip pain causing me to visit a fabulous chiropractor in Green Valley. She immediately noticed that one leg was distinctly longer than the other and recommended that I visit Anthony at Simply Feet. He, too, saw the length difference, took imprints of my feet, and built me custom inserts that feel wonderful! His assurance that he would make any needed adjustments over time made the visit and his product well worth the expense. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Anthony at Simply Feet for a couple months now on a couple pairs of custom orthotics. I have to admit I was at first skeptical about paying a high price up front for a "program" rather than a "product", with no ability to get a refund. That takes a lot of trust, but I spoke to Anthony at length in my first appointment and decided to jump in with both feet - literally.

My concerns about signing up for a program have been alleviated entirely. Over the first couple months Anthony has worked with me on multiple tweaks of the original orthotics to improve the fit, striving to get the most benefit possible. He may not pick up a phone right away because he's a one-man operation, but he responds quickly, adjusts his hours to accommodate customers and is very patient and listens thoroughly.

I have seen significant improvement (arthritic pain reduction and overall comfort) in a fairly short period of time. It may take a while to see maximum improvement because I waited so long (years) to try a custom orthotic solution, but I feel confident Anthony will continue to work with me and that my money is well-spent.

Whether it's bartending or hiking, I am always on my feet. I have always had a weak ankle and have been dealing with back and foot pain for a few years so I decided to give Simply Feet a try. All I can say is I wish I had come in sooner! I've been wearing my new orthotics for about a week and a half and my pain has almost completely diminished. I wanted to add that it has been a couple or more weeks ago since I began this review and was anxious to now convey that all is going according to plan. I haven’t experienced the discomfort associated with such a radical revision since my last pair of years ago.
