My Son & I were traveling. He wanted McDonald's, I saw a Subway across the street at Sierra Center & walked over to Subway. Nice clean place, but as I watched the two Youngs girls work, I was impressed how they took turns doing whatever was needed. Very, friendly & polite to each customer. And the Vegan patty sandwich they made was Excellent.

Service here is great. This Ace Hardware location has really hot the local needs down pretty well. The service representatives are eager to help and do not consider them selfs above learning a new tasks or material purposes. I always find myself here first.

My go to place because it has Marshalls Safeway and a pet store where I can get worms for my lizards and in all three places the employees are very helpful and nice.

Taco bell has a super poorly designed drive through that often leaves customers waiting in the street, and has incompetent management which exacerbates the situation.

Starbucks drive through is every bit as asinine in design.

Safeway is fantastic. As is the pet store.

Most of the businesses here are pretty top notch with the stark exception of Taco Bell.

Because of my lifestyle and activities, I often find myself in hardware stores. The ACE corporation must impose high performance and customer satisfaction requirements on their store managers and employees because they are always top notch. They have a great line of products, the employees have lots of knowledge and it's never hard to find an employee to provide assistance. Their prices are competitive, the parking is easy and safe, and it's a fun store, in general, to visit.

Always stop at the Starbucks whenever we are passing through town. It's a convenient little shopping center with plenty of options. Easy to get in and out of. Has become a go-to destination when we are in Susanville.
