I enjoy Starbucks but won't go to this location again. We were really tight on time so I ordered ahead from the app. Waited for the designated preparation/pick up time. Came inside and waited for 10 minutes. It was busy but I stood at the pick up counter and didn't see any of my 5 items ordered.

When I asked where my order was, it was answered with a short response. She asked what I ordered, I told her it was ordered and paid through the app. So she started making my drink... 25 minutes after it was ordered, while about a dozen customers came and went after me.

She made one drink and stopped. When she saw me still standing there (about 3 mins later) she asked, did you order something else? I told her her 4 other things and she rolled her eyes and started making them.

My trenta drink had the same volume of liquid as my venti (only paid a lot more for it). She saw me taking a picture of the drinks and said "if you didn't like it you could just tell me, I would have made it over". The fact that she saw the drink and felt the need to say that is why I took the picture: she knew it was not satisfactory.

After getting all 4 of my drinks without my pumpkin loaf,then I was told I needed to go back go the line and ask the cashier (out of the pick-up line) for my food item that only needed warmed. Took over 30 minutes for a pre-paid app order.

Slow, unorganized and somewhat rude service.

EL Paso what better way too relax and relief stress than by taking a nice walk at the Outlet ..and once you get home enjoy some more awesome fun by watching a movie in one of our Custom Built Home Theater Rooms...Need an estimate, questions...call us or check us out on Google under eLi Home Theater...

I love visiting this mall, it has a very good variety of stores and good discounts of appareal. sometimes its very hard to find a spot to park but I think its worth it. I like coming here since this is the place I like buying my footware since they have cool discounts.

I love coming here! They have such great deals and I like walking around meeting new people. It's like a meet and greet every time I come here. I love buying my shoes at the Nike store and getting my Levi's at the Levi store. I highly recommend to anybody who hasn't been here.

Is everything closing? There are several empty shops and shops that have signs stating rent has not been paid. It was still a decent experience. I bought a couple of things, and my kids did some shopping too.

Love the stores available and the different sweet treat spots. If I could make one recommendation it would be to get rid of the kids automated rides scattered throughout the mall. They never work and kids don't let their parents stop having to stop for all of them.

Is a good place to visit in a nice sunny day. While you are walking around and looking at what the stores have to offer, you can enjoy the food and drink stands along the way. Loved the bar next to the food cort. 😉
