Our go to supermarket of choice! My family has been shopping there for over 25 years. The store is always clean, shelves always stocked, and the customer service is great. They appreciate those that continue to come back. Managers Dominic & Nick are very nice and will do anything for their customers. This will continue to be our home store.

This supermarket has the Best prices in the area and improved their prepared food selection alot. It has a local, friendly staff. Because the store is kinda small, it can get crowded during peak times. Thankfully its open 24 hours a day although some services aren't available past 10 pm.

Great store, everything is easily accessible. Very clean. Staff is friendly. Pretty much, whatever you choose from the bakery is good. Sushi and Chinese food options are always fresh and tasty. Fresh made sandwiches for a quick bite.

I recently shopped at ShopRite of Spotswood and was disappointed to find that the affordable $0.39 reusable bags were reserved exclusively for Instacart shoppers. Regular customers like myself were required to purchase $2.00 bags. This policy seems unfair and may even be illegal, as stores should not discriminate between different groups of customers. I hope ShopRite reconsiders this practice to ensure all shoppers have equal access to reasonably priced reusable bags.

And they ask you to reach out to them and they don't answer after you reach out so when they answer that they care and they want you to reach out and know that they don't really care

I ordered a Darth Vader cupcake cake at the bakery 4 days ahead for pickup. They wrote my phone number down wrong so they were unable to communicate that their picture printing machine was broken. I called to confirm the pickup today and that's when they informed me that they could not do the picture I selected (attached). The alternative I got is all black icing that stains everything it touches, and the icing has no flavor. I called to give feedback and the person who answered did not try to make it right by passing me to the manager or offering a credit. I will sadly be going elsewhere to get a backup cake.

Shoprite usally have what I'm looking for. Went early afternoon they were stocking shelves & some stuff I was looking for they were out. I'm thinking it's because of snow thats suppose to come & Xmas. I'll go back in a couple days. They always restock quick at this store. Had a lot of nice baked goods & a great selection of different cheeses which I love. Check out lady was quick & friendly. Also I lost my price club card, went to the Customer Service & the woman was helpful & friendly. I've Delt w/her before & she's always smiling & welcoming. I enjoy shopping at this Shoprite. Clean, friendly employees & plenty of parking.
Update: It's now 2025. I still have good things to say about Spotswood Shoprite. Prices are higher then around xmas, but figured that was gonna happen. Eggs are higher as well as meats, but I find it cheaper then stop n shop. And forget Walmart. Shoprite will have my business as long as they keep the store & employees as is, hope they don't kill us with higher prices in future.

I came to the Shoprite for the first time to do orders for Instacart. First off, the cell phone service was absolutely atrocious Which slowed me down. The biggest issue I had Was how racist the customers and the employees were. I was halfway through my orders when I got so fed up with the racism, I left the orders behind without finishing them. I will never, ever go to this ShopRite again!!!
