I have been going to the Mullica Hill ShopRite for years and I am an avid seafood lover... NEVER have I met such an informed and professional seafood associate as this woman named Shellie Morgan! She helped me figure out what I want and was not impatient with me. She is the best ever! Thank you, Shellie! I will always come back because of you and the way you quickly help me decide what I needed.

I rented a Rug Doctor from the Mullica Hill location and was appalled and disgusted by the condition that the carpet cleaner was given to me!! It took me more than two hours to clean the carpet cleaner and when I finally used it, it created an unbearable stench. I had to sleep in my living room for two days. Ultimately I had to purchase a carpet cleaner and had to pass it more than 3 times to get the smell out of my room. I feel that management was negligent in ensuring that the carpet cleaner was given in ready to use condition. The irony is that they inform you that if the carpet cleaner is not returned clean, you incur a 25.00 fee. I was so disappointed with the carpet cleaner that I returned it back the same day and was given a refund. Albeit, I will never rent anything from ShopRite again because of this experience.Also, it cost me 200.00 out of pocket to get a new carpet cleaner to get the stench out of my carpet. No one reimbursed me for the carpet cleaner, my time, frustration and inconvenience—simply because someone didn’t do their job.

They had eagle ballons on a table and my son wanted to hold it so I gave him one I was chased by employee who tried to take it from my 3 year old. Horrible experience....Do better!

I come to this ShopRite regularly. For the most part it’s a great store. What is going on with the lunchmeat crew. Ignorant and hostile when all I want is some shaved ham.

This store is horrendous. Cost way too much, employees are very rude and disrespectful. Especially the cashiers. They are cruel. Because of the prices and poor selection, I now go to food lion. Their prices are much cheaper, people are nicer. And theres more to choose from. It's disgraceful how they ridicule people and how expensive they are. 50 dollars only bought 5 things at this store. I'm unemployed with no income at all. Cant even buy anything to eat. Could soon be homeless, too. This store is only for snobby rich people who have no remorse, and are greedy. It's disgusting. Shame on shoprite. Never ever again. Doesn't even deserve half a star.

I have found mold or something rotten every single time I've been in this store. If I'm lucky, I discover the issue prior to purchasing, but in most cases I don't realize it until I've arrived home and wasted my money. The items that have been moldy or have been rotting away on their shelves include strawberries, blackberries, grapes, chicken, pork, and sushi. I am beyond disgusted, and I know I'm not the only person this happens to in the area.

**Update** I had submitted a compliant as directed from the response below and never heard from anyone. Furthermore, this location continues to sell bad food. Today, I bought ham that as you can see was said as good to sell until 8/4. Yet, it is brown/discolored and clearly out of date. This place is foul. The cost of groceries is exorbitant and they're selling bad products at a premium. Absolutely disgusting.
