Purchased 3 sheets of cement board. Was pretty beat up, cashier gave 10% off, would rather have non damage sheets. Asked for assistance loading, cashier advised she would send someone. I waited outside in the cold a few minutes, then went in and asked a different cashier. Help took 28 minutes to show up for less than 1 minute of loading. I almost took it to customer service for a refund, but that would have wasted more time. Usually I have better experiences at this store.

Manager Elizabeth is respectful but doesn't go by store guidelines. I don't mean to be rude, but perhaps she has a learning curve because I don't believe she comprehends the policy set out by the company or she just makes up extra rules? I verified with the website, showed her the paragraphs and verified with home depot customer service over the phone and they concurred that what she was saying was not true about the policy.
