Let me tell yall something. I don't care what anyone says this place is absolutely the number one to me. I went in beat and tired from work. My feet were so sore and hurt that I did not feel like searching the store. I approached this lady at the front and told her I have plantar faciitis, hairline fractures, bones spurs and fluid build up in my ankles. She took one look at my current shoes and said "oh no those are not gonna help you at all!" And this wonderful angelic woman spent the better part of AN HOUR searching shoe after shoe for me. My feet were too wide for the normal women's shoes and the arch to too close to my heel as well. So we moved to the men's aisle. I found a good shoe but they had NOTHING in my size. I found one half a size bigger than my regular size and settled. She even helped me find an insert that would help. She understood exactly what I needed and knew what I was going through. She reassured me over and over that I could return the shoe and get a refund if it didn't work and they could special order for me straight to my front door. She apologized so many times for not being able to find my size and trust me this woman truly searched even going into unopened delivery boxes for me. She didn't have to do iit and I apologized for probably being the most difficult customer but she made me feel welcome and cared for and reassured that I was no trouble at all. If this woman sees this. Thank you! Thank you so much for being so awesome and go truly above and beyond for little ole me. I know in customer service of any kind we dont get enough appreciation and I hope you see this cause you deserve an applause for your kind heart! ? I will be back time and time again for me and my family.

This Shoe Dept. Was average size with an ok selection. I wish they had more sizes in stock but overall a decent store.

Had the worst experience ever.Employee never approached me nor my husband and asked if we needed assistance of any kind instead she proceeded to stereotype us as shop lifters and called local authorities .with no proof other than suspisipn.We were forced to the back of the store were we were humiliated and dehumazied and accused of being shop lifters.We were trying merchandise on and looking in the mirrors that store provides for that purpose.Since we looked at multiple pair apparently this was suspicious. THIS WAS THE SCOTSBORO STORE MIGHT I ADD THE CLERK WAS BLONDE IN HER LATE TWENTIES.AFTER SHE PUT US THROUGH THIS TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE AND IT IS CLARIFIED NOTHING WAS STOLEN SHE TRESSPASSED US FROM SHOE DEPT THERE.WE WENT TO ANOTHER SHOE DEPT IN ALBERTVILLE AND THERE SERVICE WAS ASSUME AND WE SPENT A TOTAL OF$ 330.So I hope your boss sees this CLERK from Scottsboro and handles it appropriately.

Different varieties of shoes but limited on sizes. I do, however, always find something here. Prices are fair and affordable. Staff is eh. We went in tonight and two were sitting behind the counter (possibly hiding from customers?) and one was standing; they were all talking to each other. Had to go to register for a second time to get a different size. Not very helpful. Although this place lacks in customer service, they make up for it in prices.

Prices are ok but employees will follow you around like your about to steal something (even though there is only one shoe on the floor) and even though they bring you the shoes from the back they have to inspect them again before you can buy them. I understand making sure nothing is stolen but no reason to make customers feel you constantly watching and judging them. Won't be back.

First off, prices are resale they are what they are. Service was great, selection good. I had an issue with my shoes I bought and couldn't get back to the store for a while. They were still happy to process my return and didn't give me any trouble.

They never have my size. They always carry extra wide shoes with 0 normal widths. Maybe its just me and everyone else has extra wide feet. If that were the case youd think xtra wide would be "Regular" and my size would ve narrow! ?

Worst place ever to shop staff stocks threw the store and pretending to be helpful to the shoes that pick out up to the front desk as I tried on a few more pairs while they did that remove there discount tag off and pretending that they were not and when to the Xtreme to go and move the others as I watched the people working there are bunch of crooks and the profiling to do not shop at the store
