I've been a member at this car wash for over 3 years since it was new. At first it was a fine car wash that did a really good job but now it's reverted to a broken car wash that half the equipment inside that I pay a monthly fee for doesn't work. I'm not talking about it just broke last week I'm talking about some of the equipment's been broken for over a year maybe more. I take good money to use this car wash and I have a lot of choices in this area. I've asked the staff when they're going to repair and they could not answer. The only thing I'm sure of that they'll do on time is take my money out of my account every month I'm getting quite frustrated with their service

Spent $23 and still had to get out dry and scrub spots and the vacuums are a joke they are on but that is about it so now im headed home to vaccim my car out with the shop vac SMH. When I pulled up there was one girl working and trying to scrub my car but it didnt really help but she was trying I dont understand why there was not 2 ppl ? Anyways lesso. Learned i will not waste my time or money here. Grrrr its frustrating

Awesome service and hardworking employees. I love the suction of the vacuums and bring my family's three vehicles here often to keep them looking showroom clean, especially the interiors. So glad to have this location near my neighborhood.

HERE !! My brand new 2024 car has been damaged I was told the cameras are not working and was promised for Hr to contact me that’s what was taking so long they claim well it’s been two weeks and nothing has been done ripped the whole side of my panel off my car and they have not yet reached out to me at all!!! I’ve been up there twice and it’s been excuses nothing done at all …

The worst car wash I've ever used. The manager should be fired for making it a policy to SCRUB vehicles with a brush before they are even fully pre-soaked. They just lightly spray what i assume is a variant of windex, then scrub the whole car with a brush. This will DESTROY paint. And out of all their vacuums, there are only 2 that have enough suction to do anything at all. ABSOLUTELY avoid this car wash.

This place has gone downhill, and I won’t be back after my experience on 11 October 2024. During the car wash the brushes on the passenger side ripped off the side view mirror cover off my car. I asked the employees if they could retrieve it, which they did, but it was unfortunately in pieces. The employee was nice and offered to write an incident report and said sorry. When I asked about compensation for the damage, he just shrugged his shoulders.

At the same time I was talking to the workers about my car, another person came up and said their car had also been damaged on the passenger side where a piece of their trim had been ripped up.

Thoroughly unimpressed, and I’ll take my business elsewhere. One thing Crestview has is plenty of car wash options, and in my opinion, don’t waste your money or risk your vehicle being damaged taking it here.

Sadly ripped paint off my truck by the rear passenger window. It's a 2021 Tacoma it sits in a garage when I'm not driving her. So the fact this happened kinda sad. But if they can help mitigate the issue I'll leave a better review as maybe customer services are better than the actual car wash.
