The first time I ever used their services was on a Saturday afternoon. I have no car and needed the meds.

Shelton Pharmacy volunteered to deliver my meds at home.

I will never use another pharmacy in this area.

Love this small town pharmacy. Mr. Shelton who runs the pharmacy is all about his customers. Once he meets you,he won't forget your name. We moved to the area about 9 months ago. I thought I would get my prescription here temporarily but once I came in I understood why the residents love him. The one time he and his staff were closed due to a funeral, my son just happened to be sick. Our pediatrician had called in a prescription and once I went by to pick it up I realized they weren't open. I assumed I would have to wait until the following day but no, he came by our house with the prescription in hand!! I can't say it enough, Shelton Pharmacy is the exceptional. If he doesn't know how to answer a question, he will find out. You can't go wrong here. My family and I will always have our prescriptions filled here.

Two years ago, I had to swap pharmacies because the one I was going to stopped carrying my brand of birth control. While I was leery of trying a new pharmacy, I was even more leery of trying a new contraception. So, I called Sheltons to give them all of our information. Already, I was pleased to have wonderful customer service over the phone. A few times going in and Chase Shelton putting a name with a face, I can walk in now and him tell me, “Hey Mrs. Wolfe. We got that prescription ready for you now,” without saying a word. I have asked Chase and one of his awesome staff members, Josh, more questions than I do the doctor when I am sick or someone I love is sick. Chase is very knowledgeable, professional and at the same time very approachable. And, as awesome as all those qualities are, the reason I come back every single time and recommend him to family and friends, is because Chase is truly honest. Chase is not there to make a profit; Chase is there to make a difference. As some of my children get to an age where they can drive themselves around and one has a child of their own, they continue to go to Chase for their needs and their children’s needs. So long as Sheltons pharmacy is around, I will not do business anywhere else. Chase will have my business as long as he’s in the business. I couldn’t be happier about the first pharmacy no longer carrying my medicine. Thank you, Sheltons Pharmacy, for taking such great care of me and my family.

Ashville’s best kept secret! The best pharmacy ever! Chase , Rachelle and staff are fantastic at their job. I work in healthcare (RRT), and therefore am the caretaker of my family’s medications. Chase and Rachelle are never to busy to answer my questions, or review a medication list!
