I placed an order online bad in February 2025 for $113.41 and I never received my order. So I disputed the transaction with my credit card company. I attempted to order the item again a week ago and received a email from an employee named Kelly Harrigan. She said that she was cancelling the new order, because I’m a victim of fraud. I told her numerous of times that it’s not a fraudulent transaction. She started to be very unprofessional, sarcastic, antagonizing, and literally harassed me via email.

Dear Customers,
Please be aware that the infinite Zen cooling pillow-which I initially was in love with until I cleaned its cover-has big holes in the actual memory foam…that customer service explained are a natural part of the manufacturing process. I was told to keep an eye on my pillow and reach out again if the holes get bigger in its 1-year warranty 🤨 (the sides look like Swiss cheese)
I checked their website to see what the policy was, hoping they had a try it for 60-100 days policy…like other competitors. Nope. The warranty is 5 years I see. That’s somewhat consoling. I remembered why I tried these pillows. They were high on “cooling pillows lists” and are a women-owned company. I value both of these and was proud to make my purchase. Unfortunately, I won’t be a return customer. The arctic air sheets are Ok, based on pillow cases and the Midnight black label sheets felt like a polyester slip or oversized night gown. I leave younow to make your own choices. Happy Holiday hunting!

I checked their website to see what their guarantee guidelines are and I have 60 days to return any full price items (less shipping). I may have jumped the gun on my initial attack on Sheex’s customer care. Hey...we all have our moments. I recommend this company based on their service and if you can get a good deal on their products, they are worth trying.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RIDICULOUS EXCHANGE POLICY!!!!

am extremely disappointed with the customer service that I received from Sheex. I purchased two separate orders from Sheex which consisted of one set of sheets, one mattress pad and two pillows. After receiving my orders, I washed the sheets and put them on the bed when I noticed that there was a snag and loose threads on the seam of the fitted sheet, where it aligns with the top edge of the mattress. I did not want to cut the threads because I was afraid that the seam would come apart. I contacted customer service and explained the issue. I was asked if I wished to be refunded, but I informed the representative that I wanted the set replaced and asked if she could email me a return shipping label. I was told that would not be necessary and was asked to take photos of the snag, the loose threads and the Sheex tag and send the photos to the email address she provided to me. She stated that after she received the photos, a replacement set of sheets would then be shipped to me. After receiving the emailed photos, the same customer service representative telephoned and instructed me to take a pair of scissors and cut the sheets, as well as the tag in order to further damage them before a replacement set would be shipped to me. I was completely shocked at this ridiculous and asinine request since I had requested a return address label to be emailed to me so I could send back the defective sheets. I was extremely insulted as I had complied with her request to email photos of the flawed fitted sheet in lieu of her emailing me a return address label. I felt there was some concern, on her part, that the seam might hold up and I would have another set of sheets at no charge. I then received a follow-up email from the same customer service representative which stated, “I just wanted to reach out to you and send a reminder to please send me pictures of the sheet set further damaged out so I can send you a replacement set.” I chose not to be further insulted with this absurd and nonsensical request and I did not reply. Since I kept getting caught up in the snag and loose threads, I took my chances and cut them off. As I had feared, the seam came apart after the next wash. I was so incensed that I threw the set of sheets in the trash. Needless to say, I will never do business with Sheex again.

These sheets are just incredibly comfortable! After a few nights I noticed that the fitted sheet wasn’t all bunched up and that the top sheet was still completely tucked in. I’ve tried a lot of different sheets over the years but these are far superior to any of them!!

Best time of the year to have these sheets! Yesterday it was 80, today it’s 50 and it’s nice not to wake up uncomfortable when sleep is so important. I give Sheex two thumbs up! * Shout out to Allison at the King or Prussia store for all her help picking out what we needed.

I GOT SOME SHEETS HERE THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO MOISTURE WICK BUT BECAUSE IT WAS REALLY HOT AND HUMID I SWEATED ALOT OVER THE NIGHT AND THEY DIDNT DO A GOOD JOB. WHEN I TRY TO RETURN AS DEFECTIVE THEY LIED AND SAID THEY WERE TOO DIRTY AND USED TO RETURN EVEN THOUGH I ONLY SLEEP ONE NIGHT AND THEY DIDNT EVEN WORK. I WILL RATHER USE MY OLD SHEETS THAT DONT LIE TO CUSTOMER
