We hired SGT glass to replace a very large double-pane picture window that had failed. The replacement window was completed on time at the price quoted by Jose. I was very impressed with Jose throughout the process. I had to arrange the repair remotely (phone and email) for my elderly parents because no one lives near them and they are easily confused on how to handle these types of projects. Jose made the project communication and coordination easy. Even more impressive was an extra (no charge) follow up trip by his team to clean the adjacent windows (not replaced) to resolve my parents concerns. This was clearly above and beyond service. I would highly recommend SGT glass to others.
