This store is big . They have a Sephora section in the the middle of the store. It was empty but stocked up and loaded with everything you can wanna find in a kohl’s.

Horrible service, disrespectful manager and whoever is working in the cashier doesn’t know how to deal with gift cards she destroyed my gift card and the manger said there’s nothing we can do for you . Train your team and learn how to deal with customers

Went to get a foundation match was not happy with the customer service. I asked for help and the salesperson looked at me all annoyed. Not going back for sure.

If I can give zero Stars I would this was my first time trying to buy something from Sephora. I was greeted like 5 min after walking in. which is fine because there was only one salesperson there. There was only two other girls (customers) in there which they were together and they were just looking. but I needed help not once did the salesgirl asked if I needed any help she was dealing with her shipment. Obviously I needed help picking out the right foundation. I was so annoyed I left and went to lancome at the mall. Now I know why I stopped going to Kohl's all together .

I received GREAT customer service and GREAT help from Tanya. She took time with me and helped me find the perfect shade. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She represents Sephora very well. She's definitely a great asset to Sephora.
