My mom came in to the store recently. She is in her 70’s and often feels like she is treated differently because of her age when shopping. She had a fantastic experience. Thanks to Jasmine who answered all her questions, provided helpful advice and relevant recommendations. My mom is very excited to try her new products and was also assisted in finding what she came in to buy. She doesn’t even want to put away her haul until I can come over to see it. This store is ALWAYS busy but they are attentive! I dropped by for a few things that I needed and was surprised to get in for a brow wax while I was there. Great service and the sweetest gal, Brianna helped me. I would recommend her for your brow service, she was gentle and explained so much about skin care, #bonus!

I came into the store to purchase a pretty massive haul as I had needed to restock quite a few items and try some new ones.
One of those being the ordinary glycolic acid, and one of the girls tried to help me, her name started with a D and she wears glasses. She simply looked at the item and said “oh we’re out of stock since this morning sorry” and didn’t bother to check at all. Which really annoyed me because there was no attempt to even check the bottom drawer. Mind you, the website said it was in stock (i understand the app may not always reflect store stock) but again, no help besides just saying “sorry it’s out of stock” . Another employee Gracie came around and asked if I needed assistance and I asked her if she could kindly check if the item was in stock in store and she asked if the previously employee had checked with the (iPad or iPhone not sure which one but basically it checks THEIR stock) i told her no, that she didn’t even bother to do that. So Gracie checked the bottom drawer and guess what… the item I wanted was THERE the entire time. The other girl didn’t even bother to check, horrible customer service.
Gracie, thank you for actually taking the time to simply look in the bottom drawer for me, and finding the item, you actually are there to help the customers. I’m spending over $300 at this store and regardless of how much a customer comes in to spend they should be helped to the fullest extent not just given a BS excuse and not even bother to check. I used to love coming to this store, I am a Rogue member so I come OFTEN to purchase things. It saddens me because after this experience I rather just buy online and/or go to the Sephora in Victoria Gardens, I’ve never had issues there.

Do not recommend. Bought 3 foundations, lip pencil and lipstick. I left store to go to bathroom because they said theirs was not open to public. Came back and purchased my items which were behind the counter in a basket, almost $200. I thought it was high but once I got home and got my stuff out I discovered I had been given an extra $38item. I work full-time and was sick for 2 and a half weeks, just came back to return with my receipt and they would not give me my money back. I had to get a store credit. I was sick and live 25minutes away: how is this good customer service. I shopped on good faith, was charged for a product I did not choose or want and now I have no choice but accept store credit when I just bought a bunch of products. That sucks.
