I would like to say “Thank you.” Your business is more of a pass-through than a collector’s store. With that in mind it helps me to understand your pricing. I appreciate that you’ve stuck to the agreed upon price, unlike some of the negative reviews I’ve read about your company stating otherwise. Your process is very easy to use for unloading a lot of merchandise. It might help if you were a little more transparent with your pricing and that it’s not structured like an auctioning type platform for selling to collectors. You may want to advise your customers that if they’re looking to sell a high value toy to a collector, then they would be better off using a large platform auctioning site such as eBay or Amazon. Your emails and communication has been first rate. Janice M has been a big help and responds quickly to all of my emails. I hope we can continue to do business.

They were very easy to work with. They gave me step by step instructions with videos how to scan items and what type of boxes to use, where to buy them and they give you a tracking number of when your payment would arrive if you selected check. Easiest transaction ever.

If you have realistic expectations and follow their website instructions on how to pack and ship, you should have no problem and be satisfied. I had a collection of around 80 toys new in box I wanted to unload. I used their website to enter UPCs and a picture of each one. They sent emails confirming receipt of my list, then the next day an email with an offer. It was more than fair considering they are a reseller. It was reiterated in the email that the offer is contingent on the boxed toys being in near perfect to perfect condition. I was expecting possibly some to be knocked off the offer since some cards and boxes might have had a little corner wear, etc. But I received my check (with constant tracking updates) within a week for the full offer amount. If you think your toys are in perfect condition and worth a certain amount, then you should sell it yourself to someone willing to pay that. Selling locally and trying to find someone to take all these toys off my hand would have been a major hassle and probably would have netted me less than what Sell Your Toys Now offered. Not to mention dealing with flaky people. The bad reviews seem to be people that did not read the website FAQs, are not realistic about the condition of their toys and/or their actual worth, and the fact that this company is a reseller. They are reselling your toys to make a profit. I had no issues and would happily do business with them again.

I emailed them of what I had and sent them photos. They were true to what they were paying for the dolls just by looking at the photos.
