I will give it a 10 star I made my reservations online came in to confirm it was the easiest process I went through to get a storage very understanding nice people. It was a good size for what I got. Other places was very expensiveI felt very comfortable and secure with my personal items in their storage I would definitely come back across town just to rent another storage from them thank you so much

Derrick and the rest of the office staff have been very friendly, professional and take good care of the facility. My only negative would be the high cost of the rentals and the multiple raises in rents. As a senior citizen this aspect is of concern for me. But otherwise, the staff on site have been great.

Throughout this past year I have visited my units every couple of weeks. I’ve always felt safe being there by myself. Never saw any questionable individuals lingering at or around the premises. Consistently, my units have been free of insects/rodent droppings. Every phone call has been answered without delay. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I am giving 5 stars because of Derek and the many years I have known him as a customer at the storage unit.He has always been there when needed,always working hard and always lending a hand or a big smile and wave with a jolly "HELLO THERE".
He drives around on the cart cleaning up and checking the units making sure all is on the up and up around the property.He is always consistent and considerate to renters and to people that come to look around always making them feel comfortable answering all their questions and helping them feel confident in knowing that he will help them make the right choice in choosing the right size unit for their needs, and for also choosing this storage facility to do business with.When moving work is being done on the grounds he always checks up making sure things are running smoothly and sees to it that renters can get done what they need to do without any traffic jams❗
The grounds are always clean thanks to his constant hard work cleaning up outside and inside the units along with the bathroom being stocked and clean as well. We have rented at several places around town,but there's no more need to go anywhere else thanks to Derek and his many years of constant great service to us as customers and his consistent hard work and presence as a great guy and Manager of the grounds always doing the best he can to make me feel comfortable and giving us the assurance that we are at the best,safest,and cleanest storage unit facility around.
It is our hope and concern that storage unit owners and landlords in our communities help to make it possible to keep rents as low as necessary to aid in helping responsible good people that try hard to always pay their rent on time.
There are many people who need a storage unit in this community.

⭐️ one star. this place has gone from a low 3 ⭐️ to a .5 ⭐️. i go to my unit every month or two and last November 2023 i noticed middle age men (after office hours) walking around with backpacks and no vehicles. also my unit is rampant with rodent droppings and black widows. every 4 months they raise the rent 25% and the access hours are ridiculous. gate closes and locks at 7pm every day all year. nobody ever answers phone and again, there today was a dirty man with a backpack wandering around without a vehicle and startling me because i didn't hear him creep up and asked if i had a cigarette. nobody answered either phone number and anyway im out of here as soon as i can. my advice is build a shed and stay married!
