I visited this store for the first time today after searching “formal dress consignment.” I was immediately welcomed upon entering by the very friendly associate. The store is clean, well organized, smells nice, and had a great layout. The dressing rooms are large with plenty of hooks and nice lighting. Great experience and will definitely be back.

Staff is super nice. I didn't find much that was my style and/or size, but that is about par for the course everywhere I shop. My friend had much better luck. I am pleased with the pants I did find there. All items were in good condition, maybe excluding some of the shoes. They also have a reward system, which is nice for return customers.

Amazing find on our girls vacation! Staff were so warm, fun and helpful! Shop was stocked with amazing quality finds, and rare treats. I picked up a gorgeous Joseph dress and an exquisite Donney & Bourke handbag. This will definitely be a priority stop next time I am in the area. Thanks Second Hand Rose!!!

Had an incredibly offputting experience at this store. Went in just to do a little shopping around and was followed around by the employees the entire time. Did not make me or my friend feel welcome at all whatsoever. On top of that the items were outdated and over priced. Not worth the uncomfortable experience that we had at all whatsoever

Love this store and the selection of merchandise! Friendly service and great prices for high end quality clothing! Personnel is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I usually don’t like shopping but they make it easy and fun.

Honestly not that impressed. I went in looking for something specific and didn’t find very many options. The things I did like were $50-$80 second hand. Found a madewell shirt I liked but was the same price as buying one new (when they go on sale). Just seems a little crazy for the average price to be $50-$80 on something used even if it is name brand.

Second Hand Rose is an amazing store! Whenever I am in a crunch for the perfect outfit- they pull through!!! They are knowledgeable, helpful and is well worth your time to shop at SHR! Do your pocket book a favor- if you want high end clothing SHR has it at NOT high end prices!

I went into the store today and was never greeted or asked if I could be helped in any way. 5 minutes passed and a new customer walks in and is greeted right away with a pleasant have you been here before? 2 minutes passes and another person walks in and is greeted with such a pleasant manor.
I walked right by the check out and not one word. I'm in my work uniform, I guess I just don't count. I'll be glad to never spend my hard earned money at your store. Not the right shade of green , I guess.
