We paid for a refrigerator, but I'm not sure we will ever get it. It was supposed to be delivered on the 26th of November, but it never showed up. When we called to find out what happened, they said it was left off the truck and they wouldn't be able to deliver it until next Tuesday, a week away. They than said they would "highlight our name" to ensure we would be taken care of. I'm not sure what that meant, but the next Tuesday it never came. We aren't sure what to do at this point, but I would be careful about shopping here. We have called them about 20 + times at this point and they have never returned a call. They will take a call and your number, and tell you they will call you back, but apparently their phone does not have a call out function. So far we are out $1500 and 2 days of our life we will never get back

They did a great job on delivery. Emmet was very sweet. Would have ranked higher but they took a long time to get me the products. Not entirely their fault but communication could have been better.

Over a month and a half ago I purchased a washer and dryer, and still do not have them!! The were more than happy to take my money, including the $250 delivery fee, but don't want to deliver the product. The store manager Emmett is very rude, the owner never there. Will never do business here again.

Purchased a dishwasher for $700 online through this store with free delivery. Store manager was rude and insisted that there was no such thing as free delivery but reluctantly did it because he had another delivery to do. Brand new GE dishwasher leaks, no one can look at it for a whole week. Bill's Appliance takes 2 weeks after just looking at it to order part and to schedule us in. I could get the part myself in one day on Amazon but they won't accept that. I've been washing dishes by hand with a brand new dishwasher I paid $700 for sitting next to me for over a month. Will never shop here again..... worst service ever and I hardly ever write reviews. If I could give negative stars, I would. Too bad I have to give one!

I don’t even know where to start. In the past 3 years they have brought me the wrong washing machine, haven’t returned calls, walked to the back room and never returned, and said “I don’t know” at least 50 times! Every time I go there I have to deal with another new untrained person. When I want to order something the computer doesn’t work. I could go on and on. I just wish this store had some competition. Maybe that would make them want to do better.

I love this store. I just went in a purchased a washer and dryer and the service was very good. They set me up with exactly what I needed and provided delivery as well. Very friendly guys that work here. I love shopping local businesses.
