Positive: Good location. Negative: You can't access WiFi unless you join Hilton Rewards. That is UNACCEPTABLE. They charge for parking and were like, if you give us a good Google review, we'll gi ve you a parking voucher. Again, unacceptable. No luggage trolley.

This what horrible. No breakfast. No ice. The dude working was very mean and rude. This place is not what it used to be. Refused to give us sheets for the pull out bed in our room. Made my mom (who just got done with breast cancer) walk across the street which she struggles with because of the cancer because he refused to have a breakfast. It was horrible. We had to struggle to get a new key card because ours was not working. HORRIBLE! Do not recommend!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE. They will rip you off. They told my girlfriend she could book the room online While standing in front of them, so she booked it, Then when she showed them the booking, they said OK we’ll see you tomorrow. I’m pretty sure we were coming to get a room for that moment not the next day. And it was nonrefundable. What a scam.

Positive: decent area, looked good from the outside, very dated and old on the inside but seemed ok clean wise. Negative: Yes, the walls were thin and we did not get any sleep because the person on the other side had their tv on all night and it felt like it was in our room

Room was ok pretty new, bed comfortable, fridge and pretty much everything you need. Nice location. But the people who work there are so rude. The lock on our door didn’t work even after the manager fixed it. We have lost many hours of our short weekend escape. There is no coffee available either.

Be aware: No breakfast at all (although advertised)& no guest laundry. Bathroom circa 1950's. No central heat, shows heat option but doesn't put out heat. Very hard mattress. No micro in rm. Rm was clean. Motel is nice & quiet

To start off, I paid over $200 for a room that had many downfalls that I will mention, along with only having the room for not even 24 hours. The manager was so beyond rude and disrespectful, not only would he not give me early check in nor late check out but he HUNG UP ON ME when I called to ask for it. The only positive to this experience was the gentleman who checked us in, he was such a sweet, kind man!!! Now, entering the room there were a lot of issues. The ceiling had visible water damage, the sheet had a burned cigarette hole, half the furniture was old and outdated and the other half seemed newish, also the pillows were EXTREMELY flat. Not only this but the second I walked into the room I started to feel under the weather and I soon learned why. It was because there were CHUNKS of dust sitting in the vent blowing on me. Like how disgusting!!!! Now moving into the bathroom, the curtain rod was held up by a thin piece of cardboard, the tiles were cracked, the radiator was cracked, and otherwise outdated, like the fan was a weird nozzle that was hard to control. Also, there was a bug in our bathroom!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Lastly, I was worried I was going to miss checkout (I ended up having plenty of time) and had called the manager to make sure I wouldn’t get charged if I were 10-15 minutes past checkout and he said I would not get charged but as I was responding back to him, HE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!!! What kind of manager hangs up on their customers!!!! Overall, this stay was not as enjoyable as I expected it to be with how much I spent and I definitely would recommend you all to stay and spend your money elsewhere!!!

Overall solid experience at the SGL. We were able to check in promptly and the host was accommodating and very informative of the check in/check out process. The rooms and pool were clean and updated. My only ‘complaint’ would be the continental breakfast is pretty sad. Look forward to my next stay.
