Great access to the parking garage. Very clean and safe inside. Great food court. The set up for Christmas and the visit to Santa is perfect. This was my first time at this mall in probably 20 years.

Overwhelming experience for a first timer! I consider this one of my favorite indoor shopping areas in AZ. This mall is huge, and offers a plethora of options from mid to luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment. Parking can be scarce but can be found, and I really like the indoor underground lots where they also offer valet parking. They allow walkers even before shops open in the mornings. The A/C is especially nice during hot summer days. Small comfortable sitting areas are spaced throughout the common areas. The public restrooms are clean, opulent, and upscale. You can spend multiple days here and still never enter every shop or eat at every restaurant!

This huge place is located in a beautiful Scottsdale area. This mall has a wide variety of brands, providing ample opportunities for shopping, dining, and various other activities. The canal and bridge outside the mall from the Nordstrom side is a center of attractions, and you get the vibe and high energy from people. If you love exploring local, unique food, then you will find many fine dining options. We always enjoyed the experience of sitting in these dine-in options.

The mall itself is 4 stars but I gave it 3 for a couple of reasons. 1) The parking garages are dimly lit and FILTHY. Do any of the mall management use the disgusting stairs in the garage next to Life TIME? Next to Simon's Houston and Dallas GALLERIA malls, these are the WORST mall garages in America. The garages under Neiman Marcus and Harkins are soooo dark it is kinda scary. And why don't they install green/red lights to help find an open spot?

2) My other complaint with this mall is the lack of visible security and enforcement of dogs (yes, DOGS!!!) Pooping, barking dogs in an indoor mall. None of the people I see with their stinky dogs are ever carrying a shopping bag. They treat the mall as a park and security does NOTHING.

3) Broken escalators ALL THE TIME. I go to this mall at least once a week and I have yet to see all escalators working on any given visit.

Lastly the men's restrooms near the food court are DISGUSTING. FILTHY and it stinks.

Very high end mall with free parking that doesn't require validation so that's nice. But my kids didn't enjoy this mall at all, ha! All the brands we have not seen in person, this is a fancy schmancy mall, very much Scottsdale. But it's very clean and seems safe enough. The skylights makes the whole mall nice and bright, and the decor throughout are all quite nice, but the upper level is warm bc of the skylights. The food court was smaller but seems like there's enough variety.

Fashion Square is an absolute part of our weekly routine. Amazing place to walk and shop including H&M, Zara, Aldo. Great place to grab a coffee at the Capital One cafe and upcoming Starbucks. Fun places for cocktails and food at Moxies. Enjoy fragrances, watches and other luxury goods as well!

This is hilarious. Highend shops. Barely anyone in the stores, everyone either walking around or in the over priced food court. I had $20 macncheese only after I asked to add some items to make it worth eating. Chipotle items $3 more than anywhere else. Of course you can make an appointment to see a Tesla at the in-mall store if you're important enough. Go shop online.
