Veyy nice and friednly stuff, very helpfull, there is lots of cheap discounted items, that makes this shop good place for shopping, very close to city centre, half way trough leit walk, you can get almost everything from food to chemicals, it also have bakery, costa express and hot dogs, they have small kitchen where they make some food like baguetes and rolls. The staff in this shop are very poor representatives of the scotmid brand. Specifically one member of staff who is always grumpy. I don’t know what it is about this shop but something needs to be done about the service received from there staff.
Apart from that. It’s not to bad. But I prefer the Sainsbury’s one block up the way

This particular branch has horrible overzealous security that follow you around, actually made my partner feel very uncomfortable, feels like it's dying a death with no customs anywy so this doesn't help, I'll use the the Sainsbury a few doors up from now on.

Rude staff.. I was with a friend and the cashier literally ignored me and asked my friend how old I was even though I am 27!? How absurd is that.. aren't you supposed to just ask for my ID! Cashier didn't even allow me to put the groceries in the bag when my friend asked me to. Never went back there

About COVID19 test and the click&collect in store service. This store did not have the tests that RANDOX offers and I did not receive it. The website said it was in stock. I suspect that the ladies gave the tests without checking the order and emails! The shop staff was very unfriendly and did not want to help, said it was not their problem and told them to "go to another store". The lady turned her back and ignored me. I had to buy another test and pick it up in another store because the code to pick up did not work because it did not match the pickup location. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

CHECK DATES !! I just bought some chicken and didn’t think to check the date till I opened it when I was home and realised it smelt awful. Turns out it went out of date a week ago..
