They have put a lot into remodeling this rest stop. Bathrooms were not clean though. Nice places to sit and relax, work on computor, ride out a storm. Had coffee shop, a few places to eat and a sundry shop where you could buy food and other things. People working were friendly, wish prices were not so *high in shop - made me feel like consumers were paying for the upgrade in a big way. Nice to see historical markers describing the area outside.

Very nice and clean. Smells great. Bathrooms are super clean too. Dining area is a cozy place to ride out a snowstorm, which I've done here many times. This place feels very much like home.

Overall dirty and poorly kept. The ladies bathroom had about 5 toilet stalls marked “out of order” and covered with garbage bags. About 5 additional should have been out of service due to filth. There were actually bugs crawling on the floors/ walls/ toilets. No paper towels- just amazing that with all the tolls collected to use this Highway system this is the level of service provided. 😡

I use to be the inspector here from the New York State thruway. The owner of this restaurant is outrageous! I never met anyone who treated their employees so badly! The owners manager/girlfriend Rebecca treated people just as poorly as the owner. On top of that she smelled like a walking ash tray. This is one place I would NOT recommend. The restaurant I hear is now closed and will be under new management which should be much better. His other store is in Little Falls I would stay away from that one also! Rich (the owner) you should be ashamed of yourself!!

Moderately dirty facility. Avoid stopping here if you can or use lots of hand sanitizer after your visit.

11/22/2021 - They aren't enforcing the mask mandate that's posted on the entrance doors. There were many customers not wearing masks while inside the building.

It's a convenience store with a small food court. That's it. The service at the McDonald's was good. Overall, this is a good place to stop for lunch on a road trip.
