They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I would call to find out about my application, one lady, Stephanie, would tell me that they'd get back to me but no one would call me back. Catherine was another unhelpful person. i would call back every day and they would hang up on me not because i was being rude but i would insist in talking to the manager, i would ask for the manager's name and they would not give it to me, i would just get the run around, and finally they would just hang up on me. when i called the phone would ring endlessly, i would spent a lot of time just trying to reach them. At the beginning someone would answer but once i began to ask for details of my case it was as if they had blacklisted my number because no one would pick up. save Latin america, to me, behaves as if they are running a scam. their people are not trained to deal with people who are referred to them for help. The supervisor never called me back though i was told that they would call me back. in addition, i sent an email and NO ONE ever responded. this organization was set up just to get grants or monies to help people but they don't do that, thats why i called them a scam operation. If i could give them a zero or negative number, i would.
