Would not recommend. The expectation is you pay for service and you get service. If there is a problem the business or owner should work to resolve. If that was the case negative reviews would not be required. The Install and ordering seemed to go as planned. We replaced a couple of windows. The windows were not discount or cheap and I noticed a scratch in or on a section of window and was given the run around. Provided email follow up, they would not come out to view - but they ran out to measure for the replacement. Instead asked for pictures and gave run around without resolution. Some story about escalating to owner and they would get back to me. Looking at reviews this seems to be their way of providing post-customer care. Customer service non existent, you try to support local business but would not recommend to anyone if they are not willing to support locally at all. Bad way to run a business.

Family business. Service was great and my project done timely with a followup call on the progress and completion. Hard to get great service theses days but I think they figured it out. A lot different than Sparta location.

In January 2021, I had a window lever which needed replacement. I called and was directed to send an email with a photo. I got a response from Aimee Wolf which read, “ My boss has not had the chance to look at this yet. As soon as he does I will get back to you.” She never got back to me. I sent Aimee SIX MORE EMAILS with no response. I called — no response. I cannot recommend Sasse Glass unless you want your time wasted through unprofessional and unresponsive customer service.

I had Sasse install glass shower doors last year. They were fabulous. I then had them create and install a glass top for my bar. That was also fabulous. However, about 7 months ago, the plastic strips that seal in the water on the shower door began to fall off. I contacted Sasse, and they made a trip out to fix it, explaining that sometimes the door is installed too low and the strip is too tight against the bottom of the shower. So the service tech "fixed" the problem, at which time he also hit the shower door into my new heat cover but hey that's okay according to them. So, fast forward to about a month ago and the plastic strips are again falling out. I contacted Sasse and was told that it would cost me for them to come out. It is not Sasse's fault these things deteriorate over time and I was offered a new strip. I do not need a new strip, it is falling out of the door! So I wrote a letter, which was completely ignored. I called last week and spoke with a woman and was told that Chip Decker would return my call. So far, nothing. I left a voicemail this morning, and so far NOTHING. They choose to ignore their customers by avoiding any confrontation and not fixing their mistakes. I have used Sasse in the past and was happy up until this point. This is just another example of how greedy we have become as a nation and Sasse is no exception. The groove that the plastic strips sits in is too large, thereby causing the strips to fall out. But me, the customer, should be responsible and make sure to PAY MORE MONEY to have an insufficient product fixed. Do not use Sasse Glass!!!!!!

We ordered 2 pieces of glass for the top of 2 cabinets. We wanted a strong glass with rounded corners and beveled edges. They were ready quickly and fit perfectly.
