I worked for the company for about 2 months but left due to experiencing health issues. The company mostly have early shifts like 4am or 5am since they mostly have to do inventory in stores. I’ve been working at the 5am shift in the Whole Foods market team and I’ve been experiencing fatigue/ excessive sleepiness a lot during my shift since I’m not use to 5am shift. I tried telling my supervisor about how the 5am shift affected me and if theirs any adjustment that can be provided for the schedule but the response I got is “unfortunately no, 5am for all teams.” I think the response was not helpful since it seems like the company prioritize the company’s interest rather than our mental health and well being so it lead me to leave the company. So if you aren’t a morning person or wanting to look for an afternoon shift then this position is not for you.

Never recommend working here, EVER! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I tried to work here with my friend, we went to different Dillon's and stocked shelves, well one day I didn't know a person I had a PFA on worked there, so I had to tell the manager who then proceeded to tell the team lead who then tried to ask my friend personal questions about the PFA, that she wouldn't ask me. She was trying to gossip and my friend told her to ask me if she wanted to know so bad. She wouldn't ask me. But then we both get "fired" for "lack of communication" 😒.

I liked it for the most part! I started off with a temp agency, then I got the job with SAS later. I was treated like a scapegoat and bullied too. I had one team leader that was racist and a bully towards me and my coworkers surrounded by him. I was good at the small resets and collecting the overstock and disco.

I would personally not recommend it! It was awful!

*1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with SAS Retail*

I initially enjoyed my time at SAS Retail, as the job itself was fun and easy, involving travel and store remodeling. However, my experience was severely marred by the unethical behavior of supervisors and leads.

They would often bait employees into committing to 30-day projects, only to accommodate them in dirty, bed bug-infested hotels. Furthermore, they would steal hours from employees and bonus themselves at the end of the year.

The workplace culture was also toxic, with senior staff engaging in bullying and favoritism. Supervisors would deliberately pair employees who didn't get along, creating a hostile work environment.

I would strongly advise against working for SAS Retail. Despite the initial appeal of the job, the company's unethical practices and toxic culture make it a waste of time.

Well they started with limited training (3 days). I had to figure out most of the job myself. I then had to train 2 new associate's without any extra money. One lasted the other did not. I really like the job but as I have worked with others in the company they spend much of there time smoking , playing video games out in the parking lot and going to the restroom for long periods of time. Honestly, I just went on to get my projects done. Then my 1 year anniversary came up and I got a notice to be on a conference call. Did my supervisor and her boss say congratulations? NO. They accused me of stealing company time because I had to go out of the building (sometimes to my home) to get the tablet they provide to load images because it is unreelable in the store to get downloads. I actually saved them time by not waiting in the building for the tablet to load on an average of 30 min per pic. guess in hindsight i should have took a nap in the break room since they videoed me leaving the building to speed up the process. This happened after I was injured at there place of business. I have tried to contact my supervisor several times and she will not answer regarding my case. Now I am going thru hell after falling off a step stool and dealing with severe back and leg issues' at work. My reward for being hurt was the company let me go 2 weeks after. They seem to care about my injures to my face but that was not true and they, knowing I wouldn't be able to work in my current capacity, let me go 2 weeks after my fall. I found out they did not even contact workers comp after knowing my situation, going to ER and multiple doctors in the pasts months.

If reported to hr you didn't have the right to no why.or who they are a joke.open door my ass.was hurt on the job and I got turned in to collection. So if you want to be unprecedented and lied to this isn't th best placement very high turn over

Witnessed 2 employees doing fentanyl and meth in their car in Cle Elum Washington. Reported the drug use, weeks later, saw the same 2 employees working in the same store. asked about it. one of their coworkers even said they have tried reporting the drug use. It turns out, the company is so desperate for employees that even egregious fentanyl use is not enough to be considered "policy violation". I received a response from the company saying they "investigated" but the employees said the company did nothing about it and that drug use must run pretty high in the company.

Do not do business with this company. they knowingly employ fentanyl users.

You don't get paid enough for the amount of work you have to do. Even if you are a good worker they will fire you for no reason. Unfriendly management that does not care about it's employees.
