I love Trader Joe's & Woodstock pizza, but there's never any parking available because everyone parks here for TJs, Pizza, a bunch of other small businesses and, of course to go downtown while avoiding paying for parking.

I love the garden center very knowledgeable about plants and gardening will not sell you stuff you don't need and if your plant or plants get sick or die they will replace with receipt... So keep that receipt I have only had 1 tomato plant get sick though and still got great tomatoes from it. Lumber store is a little confusing unless you go often and learn the layout inside but they are very reasonable in prices and have things that you can't find at larger stores like Home Depot, very fast and friendly service and outdoor lumberyard will make cuts to specific sizes and load your vehicle also.

Parking is always sooo busy but usually you can find a space. The restaurants around there tell you a lot that the parking is limited to 2 hr. Good stores in the area.. Mobo Sushi and Woodstocks and Trader Joe's.

I come here for Mobo Sushi which I highly recommend. Parking can be difficult with all the shoppers at Trader Joes. The homeless presence is difficult to ignore from here as they are well established on the river levee across the street.

This shopping center really needs more police or security oversight, the homeless and crime problem here is a major problem and I do not feel safe parking my car here to go into trader Joe's let alone the riverfront movie theater. It is dirty and it is covered with drug deals and campers.
The only reason for 3 stars is the good selection of business here such as trader joes, CVS ( 24hr) the movie theater, a good sushi restaurant, woodstocks, and a few others. Park in the parking structure on walnut and walk here, it is much safer. Bring pepper spray or something to protect yourself with If you are walking at night time alone. This place backs up to the infamous " river walk" that everybody in town knows to stay away from. Increase the security or police presence here and this will be a much better place to visit.

P.s.
Many people who are going downtown park here and make it hard for locals who actually want to shop here, making it even more difficult... again, increase the security.

Since Trader Joe's is located here, I'll stop in and shop, otherwise it's nothing special. In fact it's quite likely you'll get asked for spare change and/or see some sort of craziness going on since it's tweeker haven down there by San Lorenzo park. Lock your car and hide your valuable items.
