I've been a samsung customer for literal decades. Im not sure if this is the right location for corporate but all well if not. They probably hide the google pages to avoid reviews like this so all well! STOP ADDING A TON OF GAMES TO YOUR SECURITY UPDATES! it's so effing annoying and I'm about fed up! This is my LAST samsung phone! Firstly because I don't want them, its bad enough im stuck with all the other bloat wear on the devices that cant be removed or disabled. 2ndly because if i wanted to get rewards from another game, because yall do this autoinstall of games on updates, I can't even take advantage if I wanted to. It's BS!

Samsung Case # 3102039737

Purchased a TV on 9/30/24 and the screen had defective pixels and lighting upon setting it up. Samsung sent repair company who replaced with a refurbished panel which also was defective. You could clearly see it was used as the interior metal brakets had scratch marks all over it. Sent repair company again with new panel but the tech was unable to complete repair becuase Samsung tech support NFD the repair. Now they having me waiting for another part that the repair guy said might not even fixed the issue. Absolutely worst customer sevice and quality assurance on their products. I will never purchase another tv again from Samsung. I paid for a brand new tv and keep getting repairs with refurbished parts. Havent been able to watch the tv cause I have to keep unmounting it ever two weeks for repairs and the picture quality is horrible. Aside from that, the Samsung Tech told the repair tech on speaker phone who was standing next to me that if I want better picture quality, I need to buy a better tv and every tv does this, its something I have to deal with. They also claimed the discolored pixels is just dust on the screen. Absolutely rude and horrible customer service after spending 1000 on a TV. Samsung doesnt care about customers and they give you the run around transferring calls. They will not let you speak with a supervisor and corporate people are useless. They just read from a script and say they understand your frustration. No real resolution as they just keep putting a band aid on the problem until it goes away. No accountability for defective prodcuts and unprofessional to a customer base who spend their hard earned money on their products. Filed a BBB Complaint and emailed the office of CEO. STAY AWAY!

Samsung delivered a damaged bespoke refrigerator. I noticed frost build up followed the FAQ . Reported it to Samsung and technician reported that the frost build up is due to "Physical Damage" to an area of the freezer cabinet to visible nor reachable by me or my family members without dismantling the freezer drawer. Samsung refuses to replace the defective refrigerator. A representative stated that my 17 y.o daughter could have been the one to damage the bottom frame of the freezer because she took ice from the ice bucket. I have a freezer that has so much frost build up that the door doesn't open

Samsung sold us a refrigerator missing parts. Due to the fridge having no door seals it doesn’t work. Samsung says we have to pay for a tech to see we have no door seals. Once l escalated the complaint to the president’s office l thought they would finally solve the problem. Nope! Alfonso said he will not help us. We have a new refrigerator that has never worked and Samsung does not care. Great business model! Alfonso said l was free to share my story he didn’t care and hung up on me!

Customer service is terrible. I have been waiting for 2 months for the delivery of my washer and dryer and no one responds. Samsung says that we must check with the delivery company and no one resolves anything. I do not recommend buying from Samsung They had to cancel it to order a new one when you call the 1-800 number you get transfer to Manila in the Philippines with the worst customer service .

If there was a m8nus 10 that's what they deserve. Bought an $875 Samsung stove, broke & because it was 2 DAYS out of warranty they wanted to charge $200 for their lacky just to come & look at it. Found a repair guy who fixed it. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING SAMSUNG AGAIN. HORRID

My Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G stopped working. Took 2 weeks to resolve with bad customer service from Samsung. They lost my phone and cancelled my service ticket, then wiped my phone. I wanted to notify Samsung via phone or email about the issues afterwards, but after 1 hour on chat and 13 minutes on the phone was given the run around. Badly run and lost a customer.
