The gentleman in this store is extremely rude and helpful unless you are buying something. I took a suite case I’m for repair work. He looked over it and told me it wasn’t worth my time and I should go glue it. I asked him to explain more and with a rude attitude said the glue would be cheaper than the shipping I would pay. Knowing I wanted a quality repair, I left and went to location at The Mills. This other location was much more helpful and understanding and sent in my piece for me. Turns out it was covered under warranty! This gentleman needs some more training on customer service.

They can’t seem to stay open until their posted hours. Within 15 mins of closing doors locked and guy inside was waving us off. Saw others also try to get in after we walked away.
