I can’t say there’s anything to stand out great about the Sam’s Club. It was clean. The workers were friendly. One of the negatives was that the water dispenser in the restaurant area did not work so we had to buy bottles of water. I didn’t care too much for that. They were very fast and getting our pizza out to us and overall I would say the prices are fairly competitive. The fuel is priced well and I would encourage anyone who uses Sam’s to get fuel. Here it was about $.25 off the normal price of other areas. Easy to get into but there is a little bit of traffic from some of the other places around it.

This is my usual shopping location. The meat is pretty decent and a good price. The staff are always friendly. I've ordered a tres leches cake (I added my own gold topper) and it was an easy experience. The cake was delicious and looked beautiful. There are great clearance items, but they go quickly. I have returned an item (buyers remorse). There was a wait, but the customer service representative was kind and patient. The store is clean and always a great experience. It can get pretty busy. So I like using the Scan and Go to avoid long lines at the cashier.

Today the line to exit the building was back to the food concession. They only had one person scanning receipts and his reader wasn't working. He requested help several times. While waiting 15 minutes another person showed up and scanned a man's purchase who cut to the side of the front of the line. Several people asked her not to reward him by checking online and laughed at us. She ignored at least 6 customers who patiently waited in line. Know I've been on hold 13 minutes to speak to the store manager. I will go to Las Cruces from know on. This store is not responsible, unorganized, management doesn't exist. A regional manager needs to come here and clean house by firing the management working today.

Maribelle in the Auto department was a lifesaver before Thanksgiving! She stayed past the closing time when our tire suddenly burst heading home for the holidays. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves from management. I highly recommend any Sam's Club member to get their car services done here!

I am a trucker and i deliver load to this location receiving staff is so kind and helpful my appointment is at 9 am i reach at 6 am and they unload my truck in 20 minutes thanks for your service receiving hours 4 am to 11 am

Bought milkshakes from Sam's club the expiration date gave a month to expire open the case the individual bottles where expired by two months

This is a review by a trucker for truckers:
I was here 2 hours early (that's on me) I went in the receiving window, yelled out for someone, then later came back and spoke to someone (who didn't know anything but said she'd tell someone). I went into the store and spoke with customer service, stopped back by the receiving office left a note taped to their window with my phone number in receiving and called the main store. Sat on hold for 20 minutes and was asked if I had checked in with receiving!

I finally talk to a guy in receiving (he called me from my note) he seemed completely bewildered that I had been there and trying to get unloaded for over 2 hours. I was then explained about the shift change process 🙄. I get in the door and they unload a dude who got here AFTER me. I'm still waiting!

Plenty of room to maneuver, there's a bathroom for truckers to use. The staff in the store have no idea how shipping and receiving works. No communication whatsoever.

Beware the QR Code to contact someone does NOT work. NO respect for drivers time and the pressure we deal with in regards to DOT clocks
