This Sally location is the best I’ve visited. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is organized and clean, and they had everything I was looking for plus some goodies I didn’t know I needed. It’s very affordable and the store is easy to navigate.
I got lots of hair stuff- color, relaxer, shampoo, conditioner, masks, and some false eyelashes and gel nails that cure in the light.

I've tried to give this store a 3 times is a charm type of thing but NOPE. The older woman who works there makes you feel so uncomfortable to the point I left. This has happened 3 times this last one was crossing the line.

I arrived in the store with my husband and 2 children looking for hair dye. My daughter who is a teen was told to feel free to go look. So, my husband and other child walked with her to look around while I searched for a color. Being indecisive I was taking my time looking for a color. The older woman walked up and asked if they needed help to which my husband replied no we are just looking and waiting for my wife. At that time I stated they are with me as she walked up to my area. The woman proceeded to stand over top of me while I was bent down looking at different colors. She was so close when I stood up I had to move around her to walk past. I told her I did not appreciate her standing over me once I made my way past. I left the store without making a purchase.
Once I arrived home I called to speak to the manager. Welp, it was her. She even refused to give me her name. No luck she did state they were corporate though. Hopefully, this finds someone who can have a conversation with her! If this was a man doing this it would be a whole different situation on your hands as close and as uncomfortable as she made us.

If there is a theft problem find another way to stop it! What you're doing is creepy and unsettling!

Every time me and my wife goes into Sally's we get the best customer service from a young lady named B, she is very polite and knowledgeable. Promote that young lady. She is the reason we shop there.

The store I normally go to in Ocoee has permanently closed so I thought the store in Winter Garden would be the store I'd start going to. I walked in and said I didn't need help because I already knew what I was looking for. The older woman proceeded to follow me around the store would stand close by and stare at me while I got what I needed. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and now will never return to this location.

I went to return a product I had used once (didn't work with my hair) for store credit because I knew I would just buy something else. At first she told me the return policy was 30 days (your own employees should know the return policy.) I had to inform her it was 60 days but since it had been 67 days they couldn't do anything for me. Worst sally's, will not be returning.

Denise was so helpful and super nice. I will definitely be coming back because of her. Before I thought it couldn’t get better until she said to call her if we are having problems dying my hair and she will guide us through it. She’s so nice.

Needs better costumer services, Now they selling a bag? come on. If Sally wants better enviroment they should should pay for it in another hand don't sell a lot of products that don't help with that either, just an excuse to to do more profit because, they don't reduce that price from the product still handling same price.
