Amazing store on Rodeo Drive! Such a special selection of clothes, purses, shoes and glasses. Javier is super friendly and a pleasure to work with when shopping! Definitely check out this store next time you’re in Beverly Hills.

High fashion brand store on Rodeo. Came here on a weekend in the afternoon and there was no wait. Maggie helped us, and she was awesome - very eager to help and efficient in bringing out options from both storage to find the right bag for a present. She helped gift wrap the bag as well.

Metered street parking. They offered water, espresso, as well as champagne. They had Yves St Laurent branded stevia and sugar packets, which I thought was super cute. Credit/debit cards accepted and they bring the card reader to you. You will need to create an account in order to be able to bring in the bag for any repairs during the 2-year warranty.

Meili was so nice! I had gone to bottega next door looking for a white pair of sandals and they were very dismissive of me so I came here and had a much better experience! Very nice staff at this YSL location, very helpful, I’m glad I came in!

Today I bought my first Yves Saint Laurent purse. I am more of a Channel girl but I have to say I was not disappointed! This location has most of their items in display which is great to figure out what you want! Justin helped me find the perfect item to match my style in no time.
I have been a terrible client though as I thought the purse placed in the shopping bag was the wrong one (it wasn’t, they did everything right) and Justin texted me back right away to reassure me all will be fixed. In the end, only my crazy needed fixing but he has been very nice and professional all the way. I highly advise this store that will take care of you and guide you as you would expect it from any respectable luxury brand.

I had an amazing experience with an associate named Taylor. She gave the best costumer service possible. I live in Miami and called the store she gave me all her time and helped me over a few days with my purchase. She was answering all my questions with promptness and an amazing aura I could feel through the phone. She made this experience amazing I would go out of my way to visit this store!
