The store manager is legit about customer service! Had a really great experience with him, if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be back there again. Dude needs a raise, he was polite when I was a complete a-hole!!

The gentleman with the German accent in the back half of the store is actually a locksmith and he helped me quite a bit. I really appreciated that. Check out ladies are very friendly and competent as well.

Way better than the Ace in Green valley. Just read the owners responses to any criticism if you don't believe me. This place has friendly helpful employees and a wider selection. The coupons work and they can look up your account by phone number.

I love to hate Ace hardware, their employees are always super helpful. The young girl work in the cash register was nice and friendly and polite. I call it the Cobble Haeven because if they don't have the actual part you need, they will gather a bunch of parts together into a conglomeration of success at almost twice the price! That said when you need something to work today and it's 2 hours to the other hardware store or commercial Parts provider it's a godsend

I came in today to buy 2 of the same items. When I went up to the checkout, the older woman there did not greet me after I said hello and when she rang me up, my items were different prices. I said "Oh, why are these different prices?" And she said "I don't know, they're probably different sku numbers". I stated that I got both items from the same shelf so ideally, they should be the same product. She just looked at me, not at all willing to be helpful or at least call someone to help me because she seemingly could not be bothered. I told her to cancel my transaction and I took the items back. There was one gentleman there who was at least willing to help and we both discovered that none of the items were in the correct place. I just wanted to leave at that point and have decided to not waste my time there again. I believe in professionalism and taking pride in your work no matter what your job is and I definitely feel it was lacking today. It's too bad because I needed more items for my house projects but my money is going elsewhere.
