The plaza appears to be well maintained and free of any major defects.
The local area is in obvious decline and the homeless problem seems to have gravitated to this establishment.
I was immediately panhandled as l exited my vehicle in an attempt to visit the numerous vendor shops here.

Was really disappointed in management. I was walking in and somebody was trying to shoplift and they were chasing him out of the store. The shoplifter dropped his cell phone and management traded the mixer or the cell phone. Should have just called the police and given them the phone. He probably went to another store and is trying it again

This is a busy shopping area with a Fry's food & drug as the anchor store with a large gasoline station.. Here there is also a 99¢ store, a hardware store, a tire center, Starbucks, Burger King, and more. Thus is a very busy center with lots of handicapped parking available.

This shopping center needs more security or something. There are a lot of shady people roaming the parking lot. I understand with all my heart about the people who are unhoused and do my very best to help make their bad situations just a little bit better for the moment I am there. The people I'm talking about are much rougher and not as kind. The "Tucson Gypsies" have seemed to make this their command center. The other folks roaming around or sitting in parked vehicles gawking at women and men of all ages are off-putting as well. The courtesy clerks know there's an issue, but dealing with this amount of riff raff isn't in their job description. As a customer and a decent human, I prefer they keep themselves safe. I absolutely despise coming here and never come here alone. The security this shopping center does employ seem a bit too busy talking to each other about nonsense and playing on their phones.

This is my neighborhood shopping center so of course I love it here! Fry's, Dollar Tree, Sally's Beauty Supply, Burger King among other shops are available. It is a short walk from my house so I am a regular. The employees at most of these stores are genuinely nice people too.
