The bakery department at this location is excellent. I can walk in and give them a general description of what I want, and they are always able to deliver. The bakery team is also very friendly and I've never had a bad experience with them.
Recently, I ordered some sandwich cookies for Earth Day and some bee cupcakes as a fun surprise for my work. Couldn't be happier!

Great store overall but Lety should not still be working there if she is. She is very unsafe to be working with food and there was always cheese and meat left on the slicers after she “cleaned” them. Also when I was working there I wasn’t treated well at all but I won’t go into detail to keep things short and to not call anyone out. About everyone else in the deli was great to work with, Antonio, Scottie, and Brandon are excellent employees.

placed an uber order for cold medicine, waited almost two hours with no updates from safeway (only said order received). called uber and they called safeway to no avail. we called ourselves, were met with being told to “come to the store and pick it up then”. and that the “drive n go” closes at 11, even though we placed the order before 9. we just wanted our flu meds.

Every time I go grocery shopping at the Safeway’s by my house, I always stop by the Deli to order some chicken. But this Deli person that works behind the counter by the name of Letitia is ALWAYS VERY RUDE!! I had reported her to the management the first time I had encountered a problem with her. She tried to serve me chicken with dirty gloves on, the same gloves that she had been cleaning with! I told her that it was very unsanitary for her to be cleaning and serving food with the same gloves on and that I refused to accept the chicken. She then refused to serve me all together. However, once the manager got involved, he had the other Deli person that was there serve me with clean gloves on. So, today I stopped by Safeway’ s to do my normal shopping and I stopped by the Deli to get my weekly chicken. Fortunately, she was not there at that time it was a new guy. Well, when I got to the cashier to pay for all my food, I noticed the price on my chicken was incorrect. I took it back to explain to the new guy that he had mistakenly overcharged me by $2.00. Well, at that time the new guy was helping another customer, so Letitia came and asked me what my problem was. I explained to her what had happened and suddenly, she got this attitude and started yelling at me! Saying, let me figure this out myself! I don’t need your help! I asked her what her problem was because all I was trying to do was make it easier for her, as far as just add more chicken to my order instead of giving me a refund. She was yelling so loud that other customer started staring at me. (probably embarrassed for me) Two of the customers started saying things to her, like “You are a very rude person! All she was trying to do was help you!” As a matter of fact, one of them said that she had reported Letitia as well! I thought it was because of the color of my skin but apparently this is who this person is!! I don’t understand how she is still employed at Safeway’s considering how she continues to be RUDE to people in this manner! Next time I go shopping there and I see her at that Deli, I will be taking my money elsewhere. I refuse to be treated this way be anyone!! And this is why, I DO NOT agree with the Safeway/Albertson, King Soopers/Kroger merger!!

I like this Safeway, but I had a bad experience with the deli where they sell chicken. My husband went in there and got two breasts and two wings and she gave him two wings and two thighs. I was very disappointed and we live too far to go back and she kinda had the attitude like she really didn’t care, and this was whoever was working in the deli Thursday night at about 5:30 PM

The new Management is no longer giving store credit for items without a receipt or Safeway app. That's too bad, I'll continue to shop elsewhere. I maybe bring an item back 1-2x a year. This is poor customer service. Mr Manager there's lots of competition and this store isn't at the top of the chain for greatness in cost and service.

Starbucks was great, but their seating area is at the end of the detergent aisle. My allergies to strong odors, such as the ones in detergent, forced me to leave early.
