Wayne and the staff at Roadway took very good care of us. We drove all the way from Texas to work with them and our long drive was so worth it. Wayne, Kelley, Corey and Steven treated us like family. They spent time showing us every detail of our new RV…how to use it, what to do…everything. I am so grateful for choosing Roadway.

I can't say enough about the people here. Everyone we dealt with from the beginning to the end of the process was so friendly, helpful. We were originally drew in after seeing the great pictures and videos that Heidi puts on their website of each rig they have in stock. It's like you have already walked through the rig before you arrive. Very helpful in making decisions on where to go do your looking. Once we were there we dealt with Wayne and he took us all around the lot going in and out of the same rig more than once and was very patient and informative and never tried to push us at all. We went to the lot multiple times and he always took all the time needed to let us take out time and make a decision. Once we decided on a rig I think he was just as happy for us as we were. We got a great explanation and walk through showing us how each and every little thing worked which was also very helpful. I have already told some friends about these guys at RV Roadway and will continue to do so. Thank you RV Roadway team for such an enjoyable experience. We found the perfect camper for our family. We now feel like we have friends in the RV business...

From the moment we walked on the lot the experience was great. Marian was amazing and answered all our questions and showed us multiple campers. She went above and beyond to get us the camper we wanted. She worked with the Forrest River sales rep to get the exact camper since they are hard to find. When we are ready to buy another we will definitely give her a call. Kala the finance manager made the buying process go so smooth.

Purchased a 23 palomino puma xle new on 03/04/2024. Sales staff was helpful but after purchasing it has been nothing but a nightmare! Camper has spent more time in shop than I have owned it. Ask about trading it in and want to give me less than half of what I paid them exactly a year ago. Customer service is terrible definitely will not do business with them again.

Don't recommend them at all they give you run around plus our camper didn't work out and we needed refund back told we were getting it back people in office kept telling us different stories it was issued back on this day. Never was sent there couldn't give check. But a printed paper they printed saying it was going been week to go on debit card don't use these people everyone entitled to there own opinion not professional to call say take down review either

I dropped my camper off on a Friday to have the 48 point inspection done before I took it to hangout festival at the beach the next Thursday. I informed them of my plans, and asked several times if it would be ready. I was told it should be ready by Monday evening. Monday comes and goes, no call. Tuesday comes no call. I call them at 4:00pm. “My service tech who preformed the inspection is off on Tuesdays. He’ll call me in the morning.(Wednesday) Wednesday comes no call. I call them about 2:30. No answer left a voicemail. Thursday comes, I call them about 12:30, and I’m told they haven’t started the inspection as they had to do some work on a new sale customer. Now I spend a fortune on a room for the weekend at the beach since I don’t have my camper. Missed one call from them on Friday. Get back in town Monday evening, no call all day. Tuesday I call and am told that everything “checked out” and is “good to go”. When I dropped it off, the roof top AC needed charged, the fridge wouldn’t turn on, non potable water tank had a massive leak, and I didn’t know if the LP gas system worked due to previous owner saying he drilled a hole in it. But the tech would call me Wednesday. No call, Thursday or Friday. I call sat, leave a message. Go up there an hour later and am told again everything checked out. The AC still didn’t work. They said the couldn’t test the LP system because it wasn’t all there but didn’t know what was missing. No clue why the fridge didn’t work, and no mention of the missing generator or leaking tank. They can’t find the report, go looking, come back and the tech didn’t fill out the report completely. The only thing was they did not charge me for keeping my camper for two weeks, doing nothing to it except opening up the compartments inside and leaving them open, and costing me more than $1000 for a hotel that I wasn’t going to get because I had a camper. So that was nice of them. Will not return, and 0/10 DO NOT recommend go literally ANYWHERE else.

Number 1 they had the best price, $5000.00 lower, literally nationwide. Number 2, my tow vehicle developed a massive mechanical issue on the 600+ mile trip to buy my trailer. A member of their staff invited me to their home and spent 4 days helping me repair my van, feeding me, and helping in every way to get me back on the road home!

Great experience for the most part. The only issue we had was the service manager telling us he had a part in stock when he didn’t, which delayed our trip. However, the remote sale was a breeze and the finance lady was super nice. Not pushy, not back and forth games, etc.
