Recently took my camp trailer in for warranty work. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous! The warranty work was completed quickly and efficiently. They have a parts store on site that has an impressive selection for most RV/Trailers.
Highly recommended! If you are traveling through or live in the area, this is the place for service!

The refrigerator in our new RV didn't work. They ran tons of tests on it and then were able to get a new one, put it in our RV, and it works great. There was a lot they had to do, but they kept at it until all was resolved. These guys are great!

we started off well with a quote to install a used Invisibrake system in our RV and toad and an appt in 1 month. Heres how our appt went at RV City: after they had the toad half a day, we got a call they could not install 'used' equipment due to liability issues... So we located a new one(yes, at Camping World) and began to see how to get it to them. Then they claimed they were "not comfortable" installing it at all. So, we have waited a month, been lied to, but since we were already there, gave them a short list of things to be done, reseat shower door rollers, new back up camera, and some minor fuse replacement. When we picked up the RV were never given the new camera info, despite asking(told it was in the RV, which it wasn't) and no receipt as their internet was down. Two months later we got a call from the business manager asking about the bill, they had sent it to an address not on our work order. Once we got the bill in June they had excessive charges($967 Furion backup camera? I called Furion with the serial number and it was a 2022 camera...) Given it is now over 2 months since the work, we contacted the AZ Attorney General for assistance in dealing with a fraudulent situation. It has taken 3 months to resolve this dispute. I highly recommend going to Camping World, they were able to install a used Invisibrake Sytem quickly and at a reasonable price. Their charges for a new Furion backup camera? $169...too bad for us. Our shower doors are back off track after spending over $250 for RV City's rollers. unbelievable. Better than a google review, I highly recommend the documentation through the Attorney General's office for bad business practices!

Too bad I can’t leave less than 1 review. One of the most hateful service departments I’ve experienced. We traveled to tombstone from Arkansas. I needed a part for my camper, was able to find it. When checking out, I asked about troubleshooting an issue my elderly uncle is having with his AC in his camper. A nice young man started giving me suggestions and a lady sitting down started yelling “Do NOT tell him anything!”, “We can’t tell you anything or we are liable”. I said I’m just looking for suggestions of what to check. She hatefully said you can’t fix it, you have to bring it in or hire a service to look at it. We are not telling you anything.
I was honestly shocked, never have I experienced service like this even when I had my credit card out purchasing something from them.
Can guarantee 100% they will never get another time from me!

#8- 7/2023. Our main A/C with a heat pump and our fridge went out. We were in Nevada. Couldn't find a shop to help us. It was 107 everyday. We decided to drive the 900 miles back to our winter base and called RV City to see if Matt could work on our rigg, of course they said! They handled the warranty work, changed our oil. Handled other problems they discovered while they had the RV. We went back to Nevada to stay with family and they kept our RV so we could continue our summer. Matt is our mechanic, ASK for Matt he is thorough. # 7 APRIL 14, 2023. Matt repaired our Stay and Play duo braking system free. He installed it a year ago, turns out a little tear in a connection tube was causing brake light fault. Replaced tube for free. THEY ALWAYS BACK UP THEIR WORK! #5 6/2022 bought a 2022 Ranger to flat tow behind our Class A. Had RV City install Stay and Play Duo for braking system, ( mechanic is Matt). Clean neat work, could tell he takes pride in his work. #4. 2022 We had a propane leak called RV City they said come in today! Fixed immediately. A part they had installed was faulty, they replaced the part and refilled our propane tank and charged us NOTHING. #3. 2022 MAJOR problem our auto leveling system would not respond. They said come in now (on a Friday at noon). The electrician ran tests, discovered our ground wire to hydraulic motor wasn't grounding. Fixed it and again charged us nothing because as Mgr said, "It only took a few minutes to fix, happy to help." #2 2021 Had them install Extend-a-Stay propane fitting to add exteriorpropane if needed. #1 2021 Step motor repair, under extended warranty, done well & fast. IN SUMMARY: RV CITY service department is good. My only complaint is lack of communication with client always call them before you go in to verify parts arrived etc. Easy in, Easy out. ALSO, Easy propane fill.

We are so disappointed in the customer service at this dealership. We have a warranty on our A/C and they have has it for weeks. They haven't even called the warranty company yet. We call and they say "Oh, I was just going to call you. Can I call you back?" And then they never call. We have spoken to the General Manager who assures us it will be takwn care of. The Service Manager Dee just gives us the runaround. If their owner Ron Hoffman is proud of his service department as his commercials say he is, you would think it would be better managed. I would never recommend this dealership or their service department. I know three individuals who have had the same experience so it isn't just me. You cannot get answers to your questions here. It is futile to try. I am beyond frustrated trying to deal with them and get the unit repaired.

Needed to buy a new RINO sewer "connector". Amazon had them for $21.98, one WEEK delivery with PRIME. Went to RV City in Huachuca City, AZ, they had lots of RINO sewer connectors in stock for the SAME PRICE of $21.98. As a former Parts Manager for Cadillac and Harley Davidson, I was VERY impressed with RV City's "Price & Availability" of the item! Great Personal service too!
