stay away!!! scammers! they sold my parents RV weeks ago, let the buyers leave with the RV and didn't pay off what was owed on the loan and didn't pay my parents. they claimed things were broken when everything was in working order before dropping it off. and now they have sat on paying off the loan for it and are asking for money because the loan interest has been accumulating while they sit on it! they have put my poor older parents through the ringer and have taken advantage of them. this company needs investigated. DO NOT BUY From them! DO NOT CONSIGN with them! when you buy an rv from them, they are stealing from the owners of the RV!

Overall my experience having them represent our RV on consignment was terrible. They do a great job selling g you on why they are good, but the execution falls short. We agreed on a consignment price and the markup they added exceeded market demand. Any price reductions all fall on the owner of the RV and they increase their margin to ensure their revenue target remains flat. We dropped our RV off fresh from a detail and when we picked it up it needed a second complete detail. In addition they returned it with the main gas tank empty (20miles of range) and we dropped it off full of fuel. They never ran the generator since the hour meter had the same number of hours as when we dropped it off. Both the house and coach batteries needed to be changed since they were never maintained while in their possession. Run, run, run!!! There are better organizations you can deal with! Horrible experience!!!!!!

Sales experience was great, RV service contact is deplorable. Contract (which was Diamond-level) sold to us authorizes a labor rate LESS THAN 1/2 what any service facility charges. Consequently, no shop will even entertain honoring the service contract sold by RV Consignment Specialist.

Left a msg with the receptionist for the General Manager to voice my frustration. No surprise, no one has returned my call.

It's ok,
We gave them 7 grand for a worthless RV service contract, no return call.

I suggest getting an independent certified inspector to inspect the RV before signing any paperwork!!! We’ve had our trailer less than 6 months and found out on our first trip that the water tank has shifted and therefore needs to be replaced and will cost us close to $3,000. They guarantee a “complete” inspection but GET A SECOND INSPECTION and save yourself from the lies from the seller. I also suggest buying an additional warranty. 🤦🏼‍♀️
