Don't buy anything from here if ever plan on returning it. Once they get your money, they don't want to give it back, even with the original receipt, and everything in pristine condition. Front end clerk even lied about there not being a manager there, when in fact there was. I will take my business elsewhere. So much for supporting local businesses when all they care about it taking your hard-earned money.

The reply below does not absolve the fact that your clerk LIED to my face about there not being a manager on duty.
Also, is this so called ‘policy’ posted in clear view where anyone can see it?
Everywhere else on the planet I can return something without the credit card, except your establishment.

10/10 Recommend Russels. They truly go above and beyond. I had to come grab some lumber and gutters for a quick home fix. Y’all these guys are impeccable. They helped me load every bit and even cut my lumber for me. Thank you guys.

Not very helpful. I understand if someone doesn't know about an item. Rudeness and attitude are not a way to do business. I like most Russell do it centers. This one does not live up to the others in customer appreciation.

This website needs work. There's no search options. You can't find what you are looking for on the website. You have to go in person to find out that they don't have it.

Stand up place of business IMO!!! There was some miscommunication on an item which I drove all the way from Tuscaloosa to get but they IMMEDIATELY made it right without hesitation!!!! Tells me allot about the management an staff here. Will be doing business with them as often as I can.
