Russell Do-It is my choice for individual hardware selection. I needed longer screws for electrical switches to complete a remodel project. I was able to go in and fund what I needed and buy the quantity I needed and I was out the door heading home. Big Box stores just don't have the individual selection that most people need at reasonable prices.

I purchased a toilet seat in December 2022, and the plastic hinges broke. I did not have my receipt but I called the store anyway. The assistant manager was kind and allowed me to bring the seat back and get a replacement. The cashiers were helpful, measured the seat and made sure that I had the right one.
I am very happy with the service and helpfulness of the employees. I will definitely shop this store again, and I will also try to keep my receipts for at least a year.

I went in to get a key cut with the keys i purchased; however, my set didn't work. They found keys that worked for my Toyota Camry 2011!!! I am very grateful for their help and their customer service is EXCELLENT!!! THEY MADE MY DAY!!!

Waited 2 hours for them to match my paint color. After they messed up 3 gallons of paint . Would not recommend them for matching your paint color!

Was looking for a pretty pricey item, walked around the entire store, looked on the aisle that the sign said it was on, 4 employees at front counter, 2 employees at back counter, not one employee offered to help me. That's okay though, because I will be spending thousands remodeling my house at Home Depot.

This place sucks if you are a truck driver trying to make a delivery. The employees will all hide and ignore you, so they don't have to work. It usually takes 1-2 hours of you just sitting, until they finally figure out that you aren't just going to go away, then they finally unload their stuff...(albeit VERY slowly).
I make multiple stops, so that means every customer after them has to wait additional time for their goods too. My suggestion to delivery drivers...avoid this Russell like the plague, if you can.
