Just got fitted at Runners Haven for new shoes for my upcoming race in May- I could not be happier with the customer service I received!!! While it was not my first time shopping there it was my first time back in awhile, and I was once again floored by how helpful and knowledgeable the team is there. I have finicky feet, and it’s proven to be difficult to get the right shoes. The team was patient and listened to my needs and requests, likes and dislikes (of each 3+ pairs of shoes they picked for me to try!!), and helped to ensure I received the best shoes for my feet! Not to mention an awesome deal with their Anniversary Sale going on!

I have no doubt that these shoes will carry me to the finish line in May!!! Never shopping anywhere else for my running needs 🙂

It was time for me to replace my Brooks sneakers. The staff at Runner's Haven was very patient and helpful providing suitable replacements. I was able to pick one and purchased a new Hoka model. When I tried them out they actually hurt my left foot and I could not finish my exercise. So, I went back and they helped me figure out the issue without any stress and I am now able to exercise without issues. So easy to work with and great to support such a good local business that puts their customers first.

I was looking for a small family owned shoe store and stumbled upon this one. Highly recommend. The store employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Jacob helped me try on several different pairs of shoes to find out what works best for my needs and best proper fit. I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

This store is a winner. First time here to find running shoes for a track season. Staff spent a lot of time explaining the various styles of shoes, what would be the best fit and why. They brought out several brands and helped us dial in on the perfect pair. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and patient. Will definitely be back again for cross country season.

I'm getting back into running as a cross-training activity and went to the store to get advice on fitting and shoe types that would best suit my goals and expected usage.

Kevin was extremely knowledgeable as a lifelong runner himself and actually advised me to go up a half-size after fitting and walked me through several makes and models that were of great quality but not unjustifiably expensive for my intentions.

He also took the time to evaluate the wear patterns on my recent pair of running shoes to assist in picking shoes that best aligned with my running style.

I ultimately picked a pair of Brooks Ghost 14's and am excited to get back on the road and break them (and me) in.

All in all this was the best purchase experience I've had in a long time shoes or otherwise. Expert advice, friendly professional service, and reasonable prices. Can't beat that with a stick.

This is a great specialty store. They carry many different brands/options for running and have both youth and adult sizes. They are also one of the few stores that carry spikes for running Track. The staff is very knowledgeable and can help you find the perfect shoe/sneaker for your activity. Would definitely recommend visiting this store!
