I think the Glendale location has great customer service. The employees are so kind. I will say the music blasting is horrible. You can't shop and talk to someone you have to yell... so it makes it tough to shop for a longer amount of time. This is why I didn't shop st Charlotte Russe.

Took my teenager. I wasn't impressed and she wasn't either. Store was a mess - tables of clothes were piles of sifted through items, no rhyme or reason. "Sales" being offered have very little stock/display space compared to rest of the store. Sale clothes had threads hanging off- poorly made. Most clothes were ripped jeans/boots shorts, midriff tanks and shirts, even hoodies and jackets were midriff. Kids can't wear that stuff to school. Staff were constantly pushing their fragrances on you, I was handed 6 fragrance strips to "smell" in an attempt to get us to purchase. Not a place I would take a second trip to. Once was enough for even my teenager.

dirty every time I walk in there, they always have a mess on the counter , manger was rude when I asked for a shirt price and said never mind that is was on the wrong rack. She then left and started to tell her associate our situation and started making rude remarks , mind you myself and fiance could hear her. He then told her that was not appropriate and I told the cashier that was unprofessional considering I use to work in retail I didn't make a big deal about their misplaced item. After my fiance made the remark towards the manger she then just looked down due to her thinking we couldn't hear her. I never liked walking into this locations.
