Disappointing experience!
I purchased the vehicle below, and and into my horror, two days after my purchased, I heard a very loud metallic scraping noise, coming from the front end, I took it to my mechanic where he confirmed there was extensive damage to the front end. Remember this car passed a multi point inspection as advertised by the dealer. I took the vehicle back to the dealership where the service manager sat me down and said they could not release the vehicle back to me that it was unsafe and un deemed to be driven. They did in fact give me my $2000 down payment. I’m not saying every car at this dealer is like this, but a caution to the wise. I also wanna set the record straight that my sales person Azul , was in fact, very nice and professional.

Stopped in to check out this Jeep Cherokee and sure enough, drove it home. Upon arrival everyone was super friendly and professional. I got lucky enough to sit with Omar Firozvi who made the whole car buying process super easy from start to finish. When I got there he had the Cherokee show room ready and detailed inside and out. He was extremely professional and thoroughly explained any and everything I had questions about. His brother Ali, the sales manager, was great to work with as well. He went through every document and detail with me and not once made me feel rushed like most dealerships do. The Firozvi brothers are awesome to work with and I would definitely recommend them and route 46 Mitsubishi to anyone trying to purchase a new vehicle.

Azul is an angel!!!! Car shopping alone as a female can be challenging and frustrating. After a few bad experiences at various dealerships, I called 46 Mitsubishi and inquired about a particular car and whether or not there was a female salesperson I could work with. Bridgette was immediately accommodating and placed me in an appointment with Azul. I've worked in a service industry for more than 12 years and have rarely seen this level of attentiveness, interpersonal skills, politeness, and professionalism.
