Racist af!! I first went to TJ Maxx across the street and they were pleasant and friendly, even gave me a discount because the pack of underwear I bought was missing a pair. Then I went to Ross and checked out, and got stopped at the door and had to show security my receipt from Ross, AND the receipt from TJ Maxx along with what was inside that shopping bag! A white woman walked out behind me and the security guard didn’t bother checking her multiple bags. If you’re going to have “we check receipts” signs everywhere, make sure not to single out Black shoppers.

They just restocked and found lakers apparels which includes caps, hoodies and shirts all NBA brand. Price is less than quarter of the price tag. I love this place.

Zayana is very unprofessional and rude.
I came in to make a return and she rudely asked. “Is this used?”. Her attitude and demeanor were very hostile.
She proceeds to scan my receipt and then says, “it’s not even on the receipt”. The item was of course on this receipt. Why would I bring in an incorrect receipt. The name of the item is also on the receipt so I kindly point it out to her. She says she’s going to re-scan and somehow, magically it showed up.
There are nice ways of saying things and she definitely needs training on customer service.
She could have said something along the lines of,
“By any chance, was the item used?” Or “Is this the correct receipt for this item?,”
It doesn’t cost 💲 to be kind. Way to ruin someone’s day. Great Ross location, but some cashier’s need training.
This review isn’t to bash anyone, but rather to bring to the manager’s attention that customer service goes a long way. Do better.

I was at the store around 7:30-8:30pm tonight on 10-14-2024. The white lady with glasses and curly hair at the very left register was very helpful and friendly. Today is a holiday. From the empty shelves I can tell there were many transactions. I appreciate her positive spirit after such a long day work. Also I want to say thank you to the black security guard next to the register. He was around 6ft tall. Short hair, standing straight, not standing casually nor in a sloppy way. He greeted me in a happy voice when I entered the store. When I was in the line at the register, a guy covered in dirt and grease entered the store. Security guard was paying close attention to that guy with his eye sight immediately. I like to shop after work, unfortunately Pasadena now became not safe. But with this security guard, I know this ROSS is safe. Also from my many visits to this ROSS, there is a white cashier girl in her early 20s in straight hair and smoky eye makeup/black eyeliner. She is always fast and busy checking out customers. ALWAYS. These 3 employees deserve a raise. I took 1 star away because this store offers less selections on product choice comparing to other ROSS. The styles are outdated. Has less quality branded merchandise comparing to other locations.

Eh a decent sized Ross. Very convenient location and parking as well!

I didn't find dresses that I was looking for because their quality is a little less than what I expected.

But I think it is a good location, clean, and has a good amount of clothes.

Called today and had the worst experience I asked if they had children's suitcases and if he knew around how much they are and the male that answered told me if I want cheap prices I should go online shopping ... I was shocked so I proceeded to ask if there was anyone to help me and please check the price on any child suitcase and he flat out said no .I asked if he's the manager and he said yes and hung up on me i'll make sure to never shop here again and i'm not sure why this "manager" is working here if he hates his job so much

Usually fun to shop at Ross. So much inventory and often great prices. They have a lot of stuff besides clothes. Lots of home decor, artwork, pet supplies including lots of bowls and beds, kitchen items, and health & beauty. On this trip i got some kitchen items and some lovely English soaps.

If you're looking for gifts to give someone, Ross does have a good selection of gift items. Especially around the holidays.

Ross is often fussy about bringing in large bags of any kind or backpacks, so keep that in mind. I dont know this individual Ross store's policy, but some Ross's will turn you away.
Bathrooms are upstairs and were pretty dirty. Unfortunately many Ross customers are inconsiderate like that. Clean up after yourself please!

From the time I entered around 3 pm, on a Tuesday (today), there was an unbelievable line. It felt just like the weekend. I picked out various items and joined the long line. However, even after 40 minutes, there were more than 10 people waiting in front of me with carts piled with more items than me. It seemed like it would take another 40 minutes. However, there were still only two cashiers. I put my things back down and came out. I visited because there were a lot of good reviews, but it was the worst Ross experience of my life. If the line is long, wouldn't it be better for the person who was organizing the clothes to also help with the checkout? When I gave up waiting, there were more than 15 people waiting behind me. Is it really a pleasant experience to have to wait nearly an hour or more for the checkout?
