It's good. As long as you don't go inside. Get your job. Go to work. There's not too much to ask for.

What a dump. I've never been to a warehouse that has more trash laying around. Shipping and receiving just decided to take a 45 minute break when I arrived.

Picked up here a lot, dropped here occasionally. The gate guards work at a reasonable pace, but sometimes it's one person managing in and outbound and trucks pile up.

Yard dogs whip around this place and ride your butt a lot. They're pretty dangerous, so be careful going around corners.

The office people are polite but not helpful by design. Every time I've had a question, they told me to call my dispatcher. If you're dropping or unloading here, they will take the paperwork you hand them and not give it back, so be sure you have an extra copy or a photo or whatever you need before you hand it over.

Picking up here is fairly simple, as is checkout, but not so fast it's worth commenting.

Overall, this place is fine. It's not good, but I won't turn down loads coming or going from here.

As a trucker picking up at this location, to be honest, was a nightmare. Their process of picking up is extremely tedious, let alone check out at shift change, having to wait in a hot, small room with 25 other waiting drivers for over an hour just to get your bills.

5/16 @ 10:05 am to pick up a load from this distribution center shipping and receiving clerk Maria was rude and unpleasant. Upon reaching her window, I was ignored and when I Lightly tapped and interrupted her for reading her emails, she Barked on where to pick up my outbound trailer, as if I was bothering her on her job. And then when I go to pick up my trailer, not only did she write down the wrong location To come back, she blamed it on the drivers *Ross Please hire Pleasant people for customer service positions. Thank you, Signed Concerned Trucker

Very slow in and out. By far the slowest of any Ross' I've been to. Shipping office quite efficient, very stark contrast to experience at gate.
