I ordered an arrangement for my daughter's work anniversary. I asked for winter/Christmas flowers. My daughter was not disappointed, and neither was I. I've used Roots of Love many times and they always done a beautiful job. I wasn't able to leave a review when I ordered flowers for my Brother's Wake. They did a wonderful job on the arrangements, absolutely beautiful. Lisa is always so gracious & friendly. And they make sure you get what your looking for, never push more on you. I highly recommend Roots of Love.

Roots of Love Florist is the only florist my husband and I use. Lisa did the flowers for our wedding 12 years ago and they were absolutely gorgeous, just what we had envisioned. Recently, my father in law passed away and Lisa did all the flowers for the funeral and the after Funeral Luncheon. All we had to do was tell her the color scheme we wanted and she took care of the rest. Everyone said how beautiful the flowers were - the roses were the most beautiful I have ever seen. Her flowers are always fresh and last a long time. The thing I love about Lisa is that all you have to do is give her an idea, and she will run with it and turn it into something gorgeous. You won't be disappointed.

First time here. I asked the woman for a $60.00 bouquet of flowers. This is what I got for $67.00. SMH. I have never seen such a pathetic arrangement for that price. I should have said something, but because there were other customers in the store, I decided not to. I know people want to make money, but this is disgraceful. I have bought the same type of bouquets for literally half the price. Sorry but I won't be coming here anymore.

Update. I appreciate the response from the owner, but I still have to disagree. There was only 1 rose and mostly carnations . I'm not looking for a refund. Stating that it's Mother's Day and it was hectic, isn't a good excuse. There was only 1 other customer and he was being helped by the other woman. I have been buying bouquets of flowers for loved ones for many years. I know what a $30, $50 even $150 bouquet looks like. Unfortunately this wasn't what I expected. Most of all, I was embarrassed to give it to my wife for mother's day. Luckily I bought her other gifts as well. I know that everyone is trying to earn a living. But there is a fine line between making money and taking advantage of your customers. I hope that this incident makes you a little more generous, when making bouquets for your customers.

The address was a little out of their service area.
However the sale was accepted and the delivery was flawless.

I grew up in East Brunswick, but now live in Colorado. I am so glad that I use Roots of Love as my florist, to send flowers to my Mom. Any idea that I have for an arrangement, they create a bouquet of beauty! I once called on a Sunday, knowing they are not open to leave a message about a delivery, within minutes I received a call back. Wonderful customer service!

Roots of Love has been my go-to flower shop in the area for years! From prom work, everyday arrangements for friends, and even funeral work for my father’s passing Roots of Love has always done amazing work! The owner is very kind and has a great knowledge in creating floral arrangements for all occasions! I love their signature gem that they put in some arrangements as well, it adds a personal touch to ever piece! Highly recommend this business to anyone in the area!
