I love ROOLEE with my whole heart! I order regularly and am always so impressed. I put some pictures of one of my very favorite photo shoots with the dress that made it perfect ?

The San Tan store is so cute and so fun! The girls are friendly and seem so happy to be working there. My favorite local boutique hands-down!

7/25 1 star review: I am beyond frustrated with ROOLEE. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes that were ill fitting and so I returned them and have not received a refund. On UPS tracking it states my package was received by ROOLEE on May 30th. I don't understand why I have not received a refund yet. I have emailed and called and there has been no response. I do not see the point in having an online shop when customer service is absolutely non-existent. I don't know how they can operate like this. I would not recommend this store/online shop.

7/29 updated review: I was successfully able to connect with a manager at ROOLEE who issued my refund. Apparently their customer success person has been having technical problems, but I contacted one of the stores and they promptly handled my issue and processed my refund. They were apologetic for the inconveniences and very kind. I am a happy ROOLEE customer!

Best clothing selection! Great quality and stellar customer service. We have had the same girl each time and she gives great styling advice, checks in just enough, is super helpful, and just enjoyable to be around. 10 stars for Roolee!

I ordered a pillow. It arrived damaged. I contacted Roolee and no one ever responded. Nothing. Zip. Nada. I called their store. I sent emails. WTH? Buyer beware. You have no recourse.

I am so happy this store is now in AZ, I went for the first time on Friday, the store is super cute! they have lots of options, everything is so cute and really good quality. The employees are super nice. Thank you ROOLEE and welcome to Arizona and I hope you stay here for a very long time 🙂
