Great place to fuel up off of Hwy 5 coming out of Redding & grab a snack. Good customer service with employees. You can pick up your favorite Bon Appetit product while filling up car inside the convenience store off of front end cap display.

Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL. My husband and I got fuel and went to the traveler clubhouse tried to pay for a shower. Was told it we couldn’t shower together and the price is 30$ a shower. SERIOUSLY I would have to pay for two showers? And the woman at the counter was just rude and unprofessional. Demeaning and just all around uncomfortable to talk to.

What kind of genius thought it was a good idea to make a one way entrance to gas pumps? That's right, they only let you enter on one side and this creates headaches for everyone.

A line of cars despite open pumps (because they cannot access them from the "closed" side).

I saw a guy wrap the fuel hose on top and around his vehicle because his gas cap was on the opposite side and all the pumps on the side of his car's gas cap had a line of cars.

And finally I almost got ran over because a renegade rule breaker was whipping his car around the forbidden "closed" side without wanting to get caught.

I've never seen so much unnecessary chaos at a gas station. A one way entrance to gas pumps has to be the dumbest innovation in all of gas station technology. California is truly the king at solving problems that don't exist

Pumped gas at Rolling Hills Casino @8:30pm noticed that all the pumps were veryyy slow, took about 15-20min to fill up tank. Was then heading back home we live right off exit of Loves, when our car started having problems not even 5min after pumping gas. Car stopped at exit ramp. Called family member to pick us up and when family member was driving to me noticed there was 7 more cars broken down on the freeway. Thats where it clicked that it had something to do with the gas we had just pumped at rolling hills casino so we went back and stopped and asked each ONEEE of them if they had pumped gas at rolling hills casino and they ALL said yes !!! Decided to go back, turns out they mixed up gasoline with the diesel when they refilled their tanks today. So if you pumped gas or diesel around that time go back and put in a complaint and report for your car !!! So many cars were affected, can only imagine the semis and diesel vehicles that got gasoline instead as well. CHP was called about this incident.

The gas price is cheaper by 30 cents compared to nearby gas stations. They have following facilities
1. Coffee and snacks
2. Clean restroom.
3. Parking for trailers

Brought our travel trailer over from chico to spend a couple of nights. My husband and son played golf Friday, and we stayed Saturday for a friend's 50th birthday bash. The people were very helpful. They advised that next time we should call for the stay and play package instead of booking online for a better deal. The camp sites are all pull through, which is awesome. We will be back to hopefully catch some summer concerts at the amphitheater.

Cheap gas and clean bathrooms but poorly run. It doesn’t help that they have customers who can’t read signs that tell the trucks pulling trailers and RVs to use the truck pumps on the other side of the facility. The signs are ignored so you have multiple pumps being blocked by trailers that can’t be used by anyone else. They repeatedly have broken pumps that they don’t flag off. You wait in line and finally pull up to a pump, only to find out after you get out that the pump screen says it’s out of order. This happened to me and I left rather than go around to the back of the line. Went back the next day and the pump was still out of order and not flagged off. They have to know their pumps aren’t all working so to not mark them is just a poorly run station in my book.

I purchased 15.01 in gas using a gift card. They charged me 15.01 plus put a hold on my card for an additional 47.75 which they said would be credited back in 7 days. 3weeks later and still no credit. This place is a rip off.
